The invention relates to a pipe support for a pipe holder for fastening pipes to profile supports according to the preamble of claim 1.

In chemical plants, refineries and the like, pipelines are required on a large scale, which are held on profile beams by means of pipe supports, whereby sliding, fixed point and laterally movable supports of pipelines in hanging, standing or vertical installation position on the profile beams are used.

is known for such a pipe holder from DE-OS 31 10 716. Here, the pipe clamp sections are clamped directly to the pipe to be held. However, this has the disadvantage that

- uncontrollable corrosion between the pipe and the pipe clamp, caused by moisture pockets due to insufficient ventilation,

- in the case of electrically trace-heated pipes, heating cables must be routed around the pipe clamp,

- a thermal separation between the pipe and the pipe support and thus also with its bearing is not possible, which leads to considerable energy loss in hot or very cold pipes.

To eliminate these disadvantages of pipe supports with pipe clamps, pipe supports are used that have a quarter clamp and a round steel bracket attached to it, in which case the pipeline is placed on the quarter clamps and loosely held with the round steel bracket. However, since pipelines are constantly moving due to temperature fluctuations, the pipeline rubs directly on the quarter clamp, causing corrosion damage there too.

The object of the invention is to create a pipe support according to the preamble of claim 1, in which, despite the pipe being firmly clamped, no corrosion damage occurs due to friction between the pipe and the clamp, the pipe and pipe support are thermally separated and, in the case of electrically trace-heated pipes, no heating cables have to be routed around the clamp.

This object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.

The tubular support shown includes a profile steel base 1

(T-profile) and in the illustrated embodiment two clamps 2 spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the pipe. Each clamp 2 has a pair of semicircular clamp sections 3, 4, of which the clamp section 3 located at the bottom when the pipe support is in an upright position is attached to the profile steel base 1 and can be detachably connected to the clamp section 4 located at the top.

The clamp sections 3, 4 have flange sections 5, 6, in the area of which they can be connected to one another by screws.

Instead, one of the screw connections can be replaced by a snap connection 7. In particular, the snap connection 7 can be designed like a ball joint so that the upper clamp section 4 can be pivoted apart from the lower clamp section 3 to form a receiving mouth for a pipe to be received (not shown). In this case, the upper clamp section 4 does not need to be delivered separately from the lower one.

A clamp section 3 or 4, in the illustrated embodiment the lower one, can carry corresponding elements of the connecting means, such as a nut 9 receiving a screw 8 and a snap-in or snap-on part 10, which is firmly connected to this clamp section 3 by welding, gluing or the like. In the case of the snap connection 7, the other clamp section 4 carries the counterpart 11 to the snap-in or snap-on part 10.

Spacers 12 are arranged on the inside of the clamp sections 3, 4, the inner surfaces of which are essentially on the peripheral surface of the pipe to be accommodated and are made of plastic at least in the area of these inner surfaces. They can, for example, have a plastic outer body in which there is a nut, into which a screw is screwed, the head of which rests on the outside of the clamp.

The spacers 12 are expediently arranged essentially symmetrically to the vertical plane of the pipe support.

The plane formed by the flange sections 5, 6 of the clamp sections 3, 4 is arranged at an angle of between approximately 45° and 60° to the horizontal plane. This has the advantage that the pipe support has a smaller width, so that it can be used for pipes that are laid very close to one another.

Claims (8)

Pipe support for a pipe holder for fastening pipes to profile supports, comprising a profile steel base (1) and at least one clamp (2) with a pair of clamp sections (3, 4), one of which is fastened to the profile steel base (1) and can be detachably connected to the other by fastening means (8, 9, 10, 11), characterized ⁱⁿ that spacers (12) are arranged on the inner sides of the clamp sections (3, 4), the inner surfaces of which are located essentially on the peripheral surface of the pipe to be accommodated and consist of plastic at least in the region of these inner surfaces. 2. Pipe support according to claim 1, characterized in that the two clamp sections (3, 4) are connected to one another on one side by a snap connection (10, 11) and on the other side by a screw connection (8, 9). 3. Pipe support according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clamp sections (3, 4) are semicircular. 4. Pipe support according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the plane formed by the flange sections (5, 6) of the clamp sections (3, 4) is arranged inclined between approximately 45° and 60° to the horizontal plane. 5. Pipe support according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that at least one clamp section (3, 4) carries parts (9, 10, 11) of the fastening means fastened thereto. 6. Pipe support according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two adjacent, circumferentially spaced spacers (12) are provided for pipe support. 7. Pipe support according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the spacers (12) are arranged substantially symmetrically to the vertical plane of the pipe support. 8. Pipe support according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the profile steel base (1) carries two clamps (2) spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the pipe.
