Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Kugelmühlen, bei welchen je zwei Beschlagsegmente mit Hilfe einer einzigen Platte an der Trommelinnenwand festgehalten werden. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß diese Platte zugleich als Kugelfangplatte ausgebildet ist, die in Ausschnitte der einander zugekehrten Enden der Beschlagsegmente eingebettet wird. Die drei Teile (Trommelwand, Beschlagsegment ίο und Kugelfangplatte) werden durch eine Schraube miteinander verbunden, durch welche die Kugelfangplatten auf die Enden der Beschlagsegmente aufgepreßt werden.The invention relates to ball mills in which two fitting segments with each With the help of a single plate on the inner wall of the drum. In eine Vertiefung 1 der Beschlagsegmente B sind die Kugelfangplatten C eingelassen. Die Verbindung erfolgt durch versenkte, mit einem konischen Kopf versehene Schrauben 2, welche durch Bohrungen 4, 3 der Kugelfangplatten bzw. der Beschlagsegmente hindurchgesteckt und durch eine Mutter 5 angezogen werden. Mittels Feder 6 und Nut 7 sind die Bolzen gegen Drehung gesichert. Diese verhindern jede seitliche Verschiebung der Kugelfangplatten, welche durch den Fall der Kugeln auf sie veranlaßt werden könnte. Nahe am Ende jedes Beschlagsegmentes B sind Bohrungen 8 mit Schlitzen 9 (Fig. 1) vorgesehen. In sie werden Bolzen 10 gesteckt, welche darin versenkt sind und mittels Muttern 11 festgezogen werden. Auch diese Bolzen 10 sind mittels Federn in Nuten 9 zur Verhinderung von Drehbewegungen eingeschoben. Die an diesem Ende vorgesehene Nase 12 des Beschlagsegmentes ist unterschnitten, während die Außenfläche der Kugelfangplatte schräg zugeschnitten ist und in den unterschnittenen Teil des Absatzes 12 paßt, so daß die Kugelfangplatte sicher sitzt.Fig. 4 is an end view of the bullet trap plate.
