Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Duschtrennwand, insbesondere für eine Badewanne, gemäß den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. The invention relates to a shower partition, in particular for a bathtub, according to the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Aus der DE 42 05 784 C2 ist eine derartige Duschtrennwand bekannt, welche zwei auf dem Längsrand einer Badewanne bewegbar angeordnete Wandelemente aufweist. Das eine Wandelement ist an einer Raumwand des Badezimmers mittels einer Wandleiste befestigt. Die Verbindung des Wandelements mit der Wandleiste kann fest ausgebildet sein oder es kann eine Gelenkverbindung zum Schwenken des Wandelements bezüglich der Wandleiste vorhanden sein. Das zweite Wandelement ist mit dem ersten Wandelement mittels eines Linearauszuges verbunden. Durch die Auflagerung der Wandelemente auf dem Wannenrand ist eine exakte Befestigung und Führung der beiden Wandelemente erforderlich, um ein Hindurchtreten von Spritzwasser durch einen Spalt zwischen Wannenrand und Unterkante der Wandelemente zu verhindern, oder aber um Beschädigungen des Wannenrandes durch Schleifspuren oder ähnliches zu vermeiden. Die vorgeschlagene Duschtrennwand zeichnet sich durch einen funktionssicheren Aufbau und durch eine einfache Handhabung bei Benutzung aus. Zwischen den beiden Wandelementen ist ein vertikales Gelenkprofil angeordnet, über welchej das Gewicht des jeweiligen Wandelements auf kurzem Weg abgefangen wird. Lange Hebelarme, welche eine massive Ausbildung von Gelenken oder Führungen erfordern, sind nicht vorhanden. Die Wandelemente werden zweckmäßig rahmenlos ausgebildet, wodurch der Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand erheblich reduziert ist. Das vertikale Gelenkprofil ist außerhalb der Wanne, zweckmäßig vor dem Längsrand der Wanne, angeordnet und besondere Wandanschluß- oder Ausgleichsprofile sind nicht erforderlich. In einer ersten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Gelenkprofil vor dem Wannenrand zwischen dem Boden und der Decke des Baderaumes eingespannt und die Wandelemente können mittels eines Gelenks in den Bereich über den mit Wasser befüllbaren Innenraum der Wanne geschwenkt werden. Der Schlitten 56 kann gemäß Doppelpfeil 62 entlang des Längsrandes der Badewanne 12 in die gewünschte Position zum Duschen oder in eine Ruheposition verschoben werden. Die beiden seitlichen schwenkbaren Wandelemente 24, 25 weisen an ihrer Unterkante zweckmäßig nach innen abgewinkelte Teile 64, 65 auf, entlang welchen Spritzwasser in das Innere der Wanne 12 abgeleitet werden kann. The two joint profiles 2, 3 are fastened to the carriage 56, with respect to which the two side wall elements 24, 25 are pivotably mounted. In this embodiment, the middle wall element 22 is fixedly mounted between the two joint profiles 2, 3. The carriage 56 can be moved according to the double arrow 62 along the longitudinal edge of the bathtub 12 into the desired position for showering or into a resting position. The two lateral pivoting wall elements 24, 25 have parts 64, 65 that are suitably angled inwards on their lower edge, along which splash water can be diverted into the interior of the tub 12. Furthermore, a bracket 66 is provided at the lower end of the middle wall element 22 between the two joint profiles 2, 3, which can be used as a shelf for shower utensils and/or which also serves to divert splash water into the interior of the tub.
Schließlich zeigt Fig. 9 ein Ausführungbeispiel, dessen Führungsschienen 52, 54 einerseits an einer Raumwand 68 des Badezimmers und andererseits an der Frontseite 70 an der Badewanne 12 befestigt sind. Der Schlitten wird bei dieser Ausfuhrungsform durch vier Schiebemuffen 72 bis 75 gebildet, wobei jedes der beiden Gelenkprofile 2, 3 in der dargestellten Weise mit jeweils zwei der genannten Schiebemuffen verbunden ist. Die beiden Gelenkprofile 2, 3 sind bei dieser Ausgestaltung im Bereich der Oberkante des Wannenrandes 46 nach innen abgewinkelt, so daß das mittlere Wandelement 22 immer über den Innenraum der Badewanne sich befindet. Es ist damit gewährleistet, daß Spritzwasser funktionssicher in die Wanne 12 abläuft.Finally, Fig. 9 shows an embodiment whose guide rails 52, 54 are attached on the one hand to a wall 68 of the bathroom and on the other hand to the front side 70 of the bathtub 12.
