In den Betrieben der Post- und Bahnbehörden ist es oft notwendig, ein- und auslaufende Schriftstücke mit Zeitvermerken zu versehen. So müssen z. B. bei Telegrammen die Eingangszeiten in jedem einzelnen Fall dreimal notiert werden. Dies ist nicht nur zeitraubend, sondern es werden auch die Zeitvermerke nicht immer zuverlässig richtig eingetragen, obwohl es im Interesse sowohl der betreffenden Behörden als auch des Publikums liegt, daß diese Angaben mit möglichster Genauigkeit gemacht werden. Diesen Übelständen abzuhelfen, ist der Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung, bei welcher eine im übrigen normale Taschenuhr mit einer Einrichtung ausgestattet ist, die es ermöglicht, daß dieselbe zugleich als Zeit-" stempel dienen kann. Die neuen Merkmale des Erfindungsgegenstandes werden darin gesehen, daß zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Uhrwerk zwei mit Stunden- und Minutentypen versehene, vom Uhrwerk getriebene Scheiben oder Bänder gegenüber Durchbrechungen des Gehäuses derart angeordnet sind, daß zu einer bestimmten Zeit die derselben entsprechenden, vorher eingefärbten Typen vor die Durchbrechungen zu stehen kommen und demzufolge einen zur Abstempelung von Telegrammen u. dgl. brauchbaren Zeitstempel bilden. .In the operations of the post and railway authorities it is often necessary to have incoming and outgoing To provide time stamps on documents.
