Des weiteren werden meist Drainageplatten, Welleternitplatten oder Spundprofile an den Außenwänden zur Sicherung der Feuchtigkeitssperre sowie zur Gewährleistung der Hinterlüftung bzw. eines raschen Ablaufes des Oberflächenwassers eingebaut.
