Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche:I. Röntgenstrahlen-Detektor zur Erfassung der Intensitätsverteilung von Röntgenstrahlen in einem ebenen Sektor mita) einem Behälter, in dem sich ein Detektorgas befindet, das die Röntgenstrahlen absorbiertb) einem Fenster in dem Behälter, das senkrecht auf das ebene Röntgenstrahlenbündel ausgerichtet und für dieses im wesentlichen durchlässig istc) einer Vielzahl von u: dem Behälter angeordneten, als Ionisationskammern arbeitenden Detektorzellen, die auf das ebene Röntgenstrahlenbündel ausgerichtet sind, wobeid) jede Detektorzelle eine zwischen zwei plattenförmig«::! Elektroden erster Art angeordnete Elektrode zweiter Art aufweist wobei die Elek-txodsn erster Art als metallische Elektroden auf dielektrischen Platten ausgebildet sind, einer Einrichtung, um eine Gleichspannung zwischen die Elektroden erster und zweiter Art zu legen, und mitf) Signalleitern zum Messen und Verarbeiten des Stroms jeder Elektrode der ersten Art
