Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Langlaufbindung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to a cross-country ski binding of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Aus der DE-OS 19 54 833 sind bereits Langlaufbindungen mit vorderen Seitenbacken bekannt, an denen der Skischuh im Bereich des Zehenabschnittes mit seiner Sohle auf beiden Seiten anliegt. Entsprechend der abnehmenden Breite der Schuhsohle sind die Seitenbacken zueinander schräggestellt. Um den Zehenabschnitt des Schuhes nach unten gegen den Ski zu drücken, ist eine Klemmvorrichtung in Form eines Bügels vorgesehen, der mit seinen Enden in den Seitenbacken schwenkbar gelagert ist. Um zu verhindern, daß der Schuh im eingeklemmten Zustand unter dem Bügel herausgezogen werden kann, sind an der vorderen Sohlenspitze Haltebeschläge angeordnet, welche den Bügel in Klemmstellung hintergreifen.Cross-country bindings with front side jaws are already known from DE-OS 19 54 833, against which the ski boot rests with its sole on both sides in the area of the toe section. Eine solche Bindung hat unter anderem den Nachteil, daß der Zehenbereich der Schuhsohle fest eingeklemmt ist. Er kann der Abrollbewegung des Fußes beim Langlauf nicht folgen, so daß der Läufer schneller ermüdet und außerdem in seiner Schrittlänge begrenzt wird. Ein weiterer Nachteil dieser bekannten Bindung besteht darin, daß sie schuhabhängig ist. Denn durch die seitliche Zentrierung der Schuhsohle sind verschiedene Bindungen für verschiedene Schuhgrößen und gegebenenfalls unterschiedliche Ausführungen für rechte und linke Schuhe erforderlich. Diese Bindungen sind daher aufwendig und teuer. Da außerdem die Seitenbacken entsprechend der Schuhbreite über die Skibreite hinausstehen, wird die Skiführung nachteilig beeinflußt.One of the disadvantages of such a binding is that the toe area of the shoe sole is firmly clamped in. Aus der Zeitschrift "Eurosport + Freizeitmode", Heft 6/1976, Seite 934, sind Langlaufbindungen bekannt, bei denen die erwähnten Nachteile durch eine Schuhsohlenverlängerung beseitigt sind, welche zwischen der Schuhkappe und einem Einspannteil, welches in einem skiseitigen Abstützorgan gehaltert wird, einen flexiblen Abschnitt aufweist, welcher auch bei skifest eingespanntem Einspannteil eine hohe Beweglichkeit des Schuhes gegenüber dem Ski ermöglicht. Damit ist der Schuh auch an der Schuhspitze freier beweglich. Außerdem kann das Abstützorgan bei entsprechend schmaler Sohlenverlängerung ebenfalls schmal, ohne seitlichen Überstand über den Ski, ausgeführt werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, daß man bei entsprechender Ausbildung der Sohlenverlängerung in der Gestaltung der Langlaufbindung frei ist und mit nur einer Bindung für rechte und linke Schuhe wie auch für verschiedene Schuhgrößen auskommen kann. Allerdings hat die in der genannten Druckschrift beschriebene Bindung noch den Nachteil, daß die Sohlenverlängerung in der Bindung mit einem Metallsplint zu sichern ist, welcher durch Bohrungen an Seitenteilen des Abstützorganes und eine an der Sohlenverlängerung ausgebildete Bohrung hindurchgesteckt wird.
