Description
- Zihnfieischmassagegel Zusatz zu P 24 29 o33.3 Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zur Behanalung von Zahnfleischerkrankungen, bei denen die medizinischen wirkstoffe gezielt an das Zahnfleisch herangebracht werden und nur dort ihre volle Wirksamkeit entfalten sollten.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunae, ein Mittel zur Behandlung von Zahnfleischerkrankungen zu schaffen, das die gezielte Anwendung der Wirkstoffe ermöglicht sowie gleichzeitig eine erhöhte Durchblutung des Zahnfleischs und damit eine bessere Wirkstoffresorption gewährleistet.
- Die Merkmale der zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe geschaffenen Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen.
- Erfindungsgemaß ist vorgesehen, daß das Mittel zur behandlung von Zehnfleischkrankungen aus eine Gel besteht, iii das entzündungshemmende und/oder antimikrobielle und/oder durchblutungsfördernde Wirkstoffe ## gelöst und/oder ungelöst eingearbeitet sind und das direkt auf das Zahnfleisch auftragbar und dort einmassierbar ist.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile liegen insbesondere darin begründet, daß die Wirkstoffe, insbesondere Hexetidin, gelöst oder ungelöst in das Gel eingearbeitet werden können und daß mit dem Gel eine gezielte Behanalung von Zahnfleischerkrankungen sowie eine bessere Durchblutung des Zahnfleischs zu erreichen ist und daß weiterhin die Benandlung vom Erkrankten selbst vorgenommen werden kann.
- Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist das Gel folgende Zusammensetzung auf, aie seibstverstandlich innerhalb aes Rahmens der Erfindung abgewandelt werden kann: 1,00 Gew.-% Allantoin 5,00 Gew.-% D(+)-Pantothenylalkohol 0,10 Gew.-% Hexetidin 0,01 Gew.%% Cetylpyridiniumchlorid 87,69 Gew.- destilliertes Wasser 6,00 Gew.-% Methylcellulose 0,20 Gew.-% Pfefferminzöl Die Herstellung des derart zusammengesetzten Gels erfolt beispielsweise entweder derart, daß die Wirkstoffe, wie Allantoin, D(+)-Pantothenylalkohol, Hexetidin und Cetyl-Pyridiniumchlorid, in destilliertem Wasser gelöst weruen und daß man in dieser Lösung sodann Methylcellulose quellen läßt, sodaß das Gel gebildet wird, oder daß Allantoin, D(+)-Pantothenylalkohol und Cetylpyridiniumchlorid in destilliertem Wasser gelöst werden, in dieser Lösung Kethylcellulose quellen gelassen wird und in dieses Gel Hexetidin einemulgiet wird. Dieses Gel wird dann beispielsweise mit Pfefferminzöl aromatisiert.
Claims (1)
- PatentanspruchMittel zur Behandlung von Zahnfleischerkrankungen, welches aus einem Gel gesteht, in das entzündungsheumende und/oder antimikrobielle und/oder durchblutungsfördernde Wirkstoffe eingearbeitet sind und das direkt auf das Zahnfleisch auftragbar sowie dort einmassierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wirkstoffe, insbesonere Hexetiain, gelöst oder ungelöst in das Gel eingearbeitet sind.
