Gegenstand des Hauptpatents ist eine Absperrvorrichtung für Vakuumleitungen, bei der das in die Vakuumleituhg eingeschaltete Absperrorgan von einem evakuierten Raum umgeben ist. Das Absperrorgan, das beispielsweise ein Hahn sein kann, ist vermöge dieser Anordnung mit größter Zuverlässigkeit gegen Eindringen von Außenluft geschützt, indem ein dichter Abschluß des Absperrorganes leicht vermöge des geringen Druckunterschiedes zwischen dem evakuierten Raum und dem durch den Hahn geleiteten Feinvakuum ermöglicht wird.The subject of the main patent is a shut-off device for vacuum lines in which the shut-off device switched on in the Vakuumleituhg is surrounded by an evacuated room is. Selbstverständlich könnte man auch die Nut in dem Hahngehäuse selbst anbringen. Nach Fig. 2 liegt die Leitung k im Hahngehäuse der Leitung I gegenüber, so daß vermöge der Bohrung im Hahnküken sowohl die Leitung I als auch die Grobvakuumleitung je nach Drehung des Kükens mit der Leitung m nach den zu evakuierenden Gefäßen verbunden werden kann.Fig. Ι illustrates a one-way valve h, to the housing of a rough vacuum line k, a fine vacuum line I and a line m is connected to the vessels to be evacuated.
