Description
Sicherheitsverschlüsse von Zentrifugendeckeln, die durch einen Luftstrom in die Schließlage gebracht werden, der während des Betriebes der Zentrifuge zwischen Schleuderkessel und Mantel auftritt und im Sinne der Kesselumdrehung kreist, sind bekannt. Sie haben indessen den Nachteil, daß die den Winddruck aufnehmenden Teile nicht allein dem Luftstrom, sondern auch der ausgeschleuderten ίο Flüssigkeit ausgesetzt sind und dadurch je nach der Natur dieser Flüssigkeit einer mehr oder weniger schnellen Abnutzung unterliegen. Die Erfindung sieht daher von der Benutzung des genannten natürlichen Luftstromes ab und ersetzt ihn durch einen in besonderer Vorrichtung erzeugten. Unterhalb des Schleuderkessels 1 befindet sich das Luftrad 5 unmittelbar auf der Spindel

Gehäuse 5 in eine am Mantel 2 angebrachte Kammer 7, in der der Löffel 8 mit dem Haken
9 pendelartig aufgehängt ist. Die Rohrleitung 6 mündet dicht vor der hohlen Seite
des Löffels S. In die Kammer 7 reicht von oben eine an dem Schutzdeckel 3 angebrachte
öse 10 derart hinein, daß der Haken 9 in das ösenloch eintritt, sobald der Löffel unter
dem Drucke des Luftstromes aus seiner Ruhelage ausschlägt. Der Haken tritt dagegen
aus der öse 10 heraus, sobald der Löffel infolge Erlöschens des Luftstromes in
seine Ruhelage zurücktritt. Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung erscheint damit ohne weiteres
