Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Zählen von Banknoten, Zinsscheinen u. dgl. auf mechanischem Wege. Die Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß durch sich wiederholende Antriebsbewegungen, deren Anzahl durch ein Zählwerk festgelegt wird, immer das oberste Blatt vom Notenstapel abgehoben und weggehalten wird. Die Anzahl der durch das Zählwerk angegebenen Abhebungen gibt dann die Anzahl der gezählten Noten an. Dieses Spiel wiederholt sich bei jeder Umdrehung der Scheibe 4, so daß bei jeder durch das Zählwerk registrierten Umdrehung eine Note vom Stapel abgehoben und abtransportiert wird. Die Mitnehmerscheibe 4 und die TranspoFtscheibe 8 sind in beliebiger bekannter Weise (Zahnradantrieb usw.) miteinander verbunden.
