Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Perforieren von Lochkarten aus vorgestanztem Papier mittels eines von Hand betätigten Lochstempels, der in die Mitte eines jeden auszustanzenden Teils angesetzt wird, während die Lochkarte von einer starren Platte unterstützt wird, welche Löcher aufweist, deren Zahl und Anordnung gleich denjenigen der Vorstanzungen der Lochkarte entsprechen. Die gleiche Erscheinung tritt auf, wenn die Vorstanzung des auszustanzenden Teiles nicht gleichmäßig ausgeführt ist. Die Aufspaltung des Papieres der Lochkarte am zuletzt abgetrennten Bereich führt zu Störungen bei den die Lochkarten verarbeitenden Maschinen. Auch ist bei den seither bekannten Vorrichtungen nicht immer gewährleistet, daß der auszustanzende Teil der Lochkarte völlig von der Lochkarte getrennt wird.
