Abstract

Medizinische Sport- und Therapiegeräte (Rudergeräte, Climber, Fahrradergometer, Stepper, Ellipsentrainer)
mit speziellen, fußsohlenförmigen, die Fußreflexzonen stimulierenden Tritt- bzw. Standflächen, mit unterschiedlich grober Oberflächenstruktur, den Fußreflexzonen anatomisch wellenförmig angepasst, aus unterschiedlichsten Materialen bestehend,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf oder anstelle der herkömmlichen flachen Tritt- bzw. Standflächen angebracht sind, und neben der mechanischen Stimulierung (im Sinne einer Fußreflexzonenmassage) auch Anschlüsse für Elektroden zur Elektrostimulation bzw. Elektrotherapie aufweisen, die in Verbindung mit anschließbaren Elektrotherapiegeräten manuell durch Drehregler dosierbar sind oder aber per Fernbedienung individuell dosierbar geregelt werden.

Description

  • Bei der Erfindung handelt sich um Sport- und Fitnessgeräte, die durch spezielle, die Fußreflexzonen stimulierenden, Tritt- bzw. Standflächen zu medizinischen Sport- und Therapiegeräten aufgewertet werden.
  • Es existieren Sport- und Fitnessgeräte (Rudergeräte, Climber, Fahrradergometer, Stepper, Ellipsentrainer), die vorzugsweise mit Sportschuhen benutzt werden und vorwiegend dem Kreislauf- und Muskeltraining dienen. Diese Geräte sind zweckmäßig und gut geeignet, um Kondition, Kraft und Ausdauer sowie die Koordination zu schulen.
  • Ziel der Erfindung ist es, den Einsatz dieser Trainingsgeräte effektiver zu gestalten, indem die Geräte vorzugsweise barfuß benutzt werden, um eine Reizdurchflutung unterschiedlichster Qualität und Intensität (mechanisch, thermisch, vibratorisch und elektrotherapeutisch) zu ermöglichen.

Claims (3)

  1. Medizinische Sport- und Therapiegeräte (Rudergeräte, Climber, Fahrradergometer, Stepper, Ellipsentrainer) mit speziellen, fußsohlenförmigen, die Fußreflexzonen stimulierenden Tritt- bzw. Standflächen, mit unterschiedlich grober Oberflächenstruktur, den Fußreflexzonen anatomisch wellenförmig angepasst, aus unterschiedlichsten Materialen bestehend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf oder anstelle der herkömmlichen flachen Tritt- bzw. Standflächen angebracht sind, und neben der mechanischen Stimulierung (im Sinne einer Fußreflexzonenmassage) auch Anschlüsse für Elektroden zur Elektrostimulation bzw. Elektrotherapie aufweisen, die in Verbindung mit anschließbaren Elektrotherapiegeräten manuell durch Drehregler dosierbar sind oder aber per Fernbedienung individuell dosierbar geregelt werden.
  2. Medizinisches Sport- und Therapiegerät, wie unter Anspruch 1 beschrieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus unterschiedlichsten Materialien bestehen (Holz, Kork, Keramik, Metall, Kunststoff Leder und Mischungen aus den genannten Materialien).
  3. Medizinisches Sport- und Therapiegerät, wie unter Anspruch 1 und 2 beschrieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu den allgemeinen Trainingseffekten (Kreislauf- und Muskeltraining) wahlweise einzeln oder in Kombination zuschaltbare Elektrostimulation (Wärme- oder Vibrationsimpulse) und/oder elektrotherapeutische Impulse zum Einsatz kommen.
