Abstract

The light (1) has a cable suspension with at least one cable (4) with one end for attachment to the ceiling and an anchorage element (5) on the other end and a light housing (2) with at least one profile element (10) with a forward/rearward anchoring protrusion for interaction with the anchorage element. The profile element has a profile channel underneath the forward/rearward anchoring protrusion. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a profile element for forming a light housing for cable suspension from a ceiling (b) and a frame-shaped light housing with several profile elements.
