Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine schwimmfähige Leuchte in Kugelform, die mittels Solarenergie betrieben wird. Leuchten dieser Art sind bereits aus Schutzeintragungen wie DE 100 11 961 A1 oder DE 20213618 U1 bekannt.
Die Neuartigkeit dieser Erfindung ist durch folgende Eigenschaften gekennzeichnet.
Bei den bereits am Markt erhältlichen kugelförmigen Solarleuchten, wird die Kugelform durch halbkugelförmige Gehäuseteile erzielt. Dies hat bei Betrieb der Leuchte stets die Abbildung eines sichtbaren Ringes an den Berührpunkten der beiden Halbkugeln zur Folge.The invention relates to a floating spherical lamp that is powered by solar energy. Bei der Vorliegenden Erfindung wurde dies umgangen, indem das Gehäuseoberteil, dessen Öffnung an der Unterseite liegt, eine nahezu ausgebildete Kugelform aufweist. Dadurch wird eine gleichmäßigere Ausleuchtung der Kugel realisiert.
Eine gleichmäßigere Ausleuchtung wird durch einen Streufilter, der direkt über dem Leuchtmittel platziert ist weiter gesteigert, was vor allem beim Einsatz von Leuchtmitteln in unterschiedlichen Farben zur Folge hat, dass das Gehäuseoberteil eine einheitliche Mischung der unterschiedlichen Farben der Leuchtmittel annimmt.
Des weiteren ist diese Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das im Gehäuseoberteil angeordnete photovoltaische Stromquelle in montiertem Zustand größere Abmessungen aufweist, als die Öffnung am Gehäuseoberteil.
Die Solarzelle(n), eine elektrische Steuereinheit, mindestens eine Leuchtdiode, sowie ein Streufilter sind auf einem Träger angeordnet, der in Längsrichtung durch die Öffnung des Gehäuseoberteils eingeführt werden kann. Ein Sockel wird in die Öffnung des Gehäuseoberteils eingeführt und stoffschlüssig mit dem Gehäuseoberteil verbunden. Das Trägerteil wird in horizontaler Lage mittels in eine Aufnahme am Sockel gezogen und mit dem Sockel sowohl form-, als auch stoffschlüssig verbunden.In the present invention, this has been circumvented by having the upper part of the housing, whose opening is on the underside, in an almost spherical shape.
