4. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung

4 ) wird über eine feste Verbindung (6 ) am Defibrillator (1 ) zusammen mit einem über eine Steckverbindung (7 ) an der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung angebrachten handelsüblichen Mobilfunktelefongerät (8 ) angebracht und registriert und meldete über ihre eingebaute Elektronik jedwede Bewegung des Defibrillators, beispielsweise bei Entnahme desselben aus seinem Aufbewahrungsbehälter. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung überwacht über entsprechende verkabelte (3 ) elektronische oder optische Sensoren (2 ) die Funktionsbereitschaft des Defibrillators und meldet Fehlfunktionen. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung löst automatisch einen Notruf über das angeschlossene Mobilfunktelefongerät (8 ) aus, wenn der Defibrillator bewegt wird. Somit ist gewährleistet, daß professionelle Hilfe auch dann angefordert wird, wenn der Helfende dies nicht von sich aus tut. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung sendet automatisch bei Bewegung oder zu definierten Zeitpunkten sogenannte Funkzelleninformtionen an einen frei definierbaren Empfänger. Dieser kann mit den Funkzelleninforationen eine Standortbestimmung des Gerätes vornehmen. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung überwacht darüberhinaus ständig die Akkukapazität des angeschlossenen Mobilfunktelefongerätes und meldet definierte Unterschreitungen des Akkuladezustandes des Mobilfunktelefongerätes. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung ersetzt das Standartladekabel des angeschlossenen Mobilfunktelefongerätes (8 ). Der Akku des angeschlossenen Mobilfunktelefongerätes wird über die mit einer externen Spannungsquelle (5 ) verbundene erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung geladen. Wird die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung von der externen Spannungsqelle getrennt, versorgt sie sich aus dem Akku des Mobilfunktelefongerätes mit Spannung. Alle Meldungen der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung, ob Fehlfunktionsmeldungen, Notrufmeldungen oder Standortinformationen werden über das angeschlossene Mobilfunkttelefongerät an eine frei programmierbare Rufnummer per SMS Textmeldung oder Anruf mit zuvor programmierter Ansage gesendet.4.
