Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundplattenelement für den Innen- und Außeneinsatz mit verbesserten Gebrauchseigenschaften. Derartige Verbundplattenelemente werden im Bauwesen und in der Innendekoration von Gebäuden und Einrichtungen benötigt.The invention relates to a composite panel element for indoor and outdoor use with improved performance characteristics. Außerdem sind insbesondere Natursteine mit hohem Dekorationswert oft mit natürlichen Inhomogenitäten ausgestattet, die die mechanische Festigkeit im hohen Maße beeinträchtigen können. Diesem Mangel wird meist dadurch begegnet, daß unnötig große Materialdicken angewendet werden, die ihrerseits wieder unnötig hohe Anforderungen an die Verankerungstechniken stellen.For decorative purposes, natural or high-quality artificial stone slabs are widely used in construction and interior decoration. Insbesondere geht es um die Schaffung eines Verbundplattenelementes, das die anerkannten Vorteile von hochwertigen Natur- und Kunststein zu nutzen gestattet, ohne dabei die bekannten Mängel für die jeweilige Nutzung in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.
Das zu schaffende Verbundplattenelement soll außerdem einfach und kostengünstig herstellbar sein und bei Sicherung hoher Gebrauchswerteigenschaften verminderte Anforderungen an die Verlegetechnik stellen.The object of the invention is therefore to create a technical solution that helps to overcome the shortcomings of the known prior art. Danach besteht ein Verbundplattenelement für hochwertige Außen- und Innenanwendungen aus wenigstens einem plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Natur- oder Kunststein und einem weiteren plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Glas. Beide plattenförmigen Bauteile sind dadurch kraftschlüssig zusammengefugt, daß zwischen ihnen eine durchgängige Klebeschicht angeordnet ist. Dieses Verbundplattenelement kann für Zwecke des Fasadenschutzes gegen Witterungseinflüsse ebenso eingesetzt werden, wie zu Zwecken der Erhöhung der Dekorationswirkung im Innen- und Außenbereich von Gebäuden. Dies wird erreicht, indem die dekorative Wirkung des Natur- oder Kunststeins mit der Witterungs- und Chemikalienbeständigkeit von Glas verbunden wird. Im Falle einer Bewitterung des Verbundplattenelementes kommt die gegebenenfalls vorhandene Verschmutzungsneigung, Wasseraufnahmefähigkeit und/oder UV-Empfindlichkeit des Natur- oder Kunststeins nicht zur Geltung, wenn die vorgesetzte Glasplatte genau diese Schutzfunktion erfüllt. Außerdem kann mit dem technischen Werkstoff Glas eine definierte Festigkeit des Verbundplattenelementes auch dann vorausgestzt werden, wenn der eingestezte Natur- oder Kunststein bekanntermaßen mit unkalkulierbaren Inhomogenitäten ausgestattet ist. Durch den Einsatz von Glas bekannter Eigenschaften kann der gegebenenfalls sehr wertvolle Naturstein in seiner Einsatzmenge auf ein solches Maß reduziert werden, mit dem insbesondere seine Dekorationswirkung noch vollständig zur Geltung kommt. Damit steht für die Wand- und Fußbodengestaltung bedarfsweise ein Verbundplattenelement zur Verfügung, das über eine hohe Beständigkeit gegenüber Umgebungstemperatur, -feuchte, -UV-Belastung, korrosiver Beanspruchung und mechanischem Verschleiß verfugt oder auf die bekannten Vorzüge von verfügbarem Natur- oder Kunststein zu verzichten.According to this, a composite panel element for high-quality outdoor and indoor applications consists of at least one panel-shaped component made of natural or artificial stone and another panel-shaped component made of glass. In der Wand aus derartigen Verbundelementen 4 sind Lichtquellen eingeordnet, mit denen bedarfsweise über die Dickglasschicht Licht in die Wand eingetragen werden kann. Claims (9)
daß wenigstens ein plattenförmiges Bauteil aus Natur- oder Kunststein (1) mit wenigstens einem plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Glas (2) kraftschlüssig zusammengefügt ist und
daß zwischen dem plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Natur- oder Kunststein (1) und dem plattenförmigen Bauteil aus Glas (2) eine durchgängige Klebeschicht (3) angeordnet ist. 1. Composite panel element for high-quality exterior and interior applications, characterized in that
