Holder for bottles with a flowable content

The present invention relates to a holder for bottles with a flowable content, in particular personal care products, cleaning products or the like, with a carrier for fastening to a wall, glass or the like.

State of the art

Such holders are already known from DE 202 02 460. This describes a holder for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or similar flowable contents for personal care with a base body for fastening to a wall. A rotating piece with means for clamping a bottle, for example with a rubber, a spring or a clamping jaw, is provided on this base body. The rotating piece can be fixed at different angles to the base body.

It is generally disadvantageous to clamp a bottle because in order to read the instructions for use or the contents of the bottle, the bottle must first be freed from its clamp and then laboriously put back in. The methods given for clamping the bottle are impractical in this respect because it is very difficult to clamp the bottle with a rubber band. The rubber band twists or, if the bottle is too big, it tears. There is also a risk that the rubber band will become porous over time. Furthermore, a rubber band does not give a bottle the necessary support. The bottle would hang down from the holder. A spring as a means of clamping is also impractical because it can easily be overstretched.

Another disadvantage is that in the preferred embodiment, a push button is mounted in a clamping jaw. This push button is used to exert pressure on the bottle. The disadvantage here is that the button constantly exerts pressure on the bottle, which can lead to the cap of the clamped bottle opening and the contents spilling out.

Object of the invention

The present invention is based on the object of developing a holder for bottles with a flowable content, which is easy to use and is suitable for any bottle with a flowable content.

Solution to the task

This object is achieved by arranging elastically deformable holding arms (12) on the carrier (1).

The support consists of a support bracket that has a long and a short plate that are arranged at right angles to each other, giving the support bracket an L-shape. Recesses are made at the corners of the long plate. These are intended for fastening elements. Fastening elements that can be used include suction cups, nails, adhesive strips, etc. In the preferred embodiment, suction cups are inserted into the recesses, as they are easier to remove and do not cause damage. In addition, the support bracket is made of a solid material that is coated with an alloy that ensures that the support bracket does not rust.

A cuboid is attached to the long plate via a central hole, which in the preferred embodiment is made of elastic material. It has holes on its sides and in its middle. A plate made of a solid material is attached to the cuboid. This serves to protect the cuboid.

The holding arms are inserted into the side holes of the cuboid. In the preferred embodiment, these are made of wire on the inside and are covered with a layer of foam. The diameter of the holding arms is smaller than that of the side holes of the cuboid. This means that the holding arms have a better hold in the holes. Since both elements are made of an elastic material, the holding arms can be inserted into the holes and moved inside despite their larger diameter. Since the holding arms are made of wire on the inside, for example, they are elastically deformable and can therefore adapt to any shape and size of bottle.

Attachments are arranged at the ends of the holding arms. In the preferred embodiment, these are detachably connected to the holding arms and are spherical in shape. They prevent the holding arms from slipping out of the holes in the cuboid.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the short plate has a downward curve. If a bottle is almost empty and is turned upside down, the head can be placed in this curve. The curve prevents the bottle head from slipping away. It is designed so that any head shape fits into it. There are recesses in the curve through which any water that might get into the curve can drain.

A special feature of the present invention is that all parts are interchangeable and available in different colors.

According to Fig. 1, the holder H has a support bracket 2 which is formed from a long plate 3 and a short plate 4 which are arranged approximately at right angles to each other and thus give the support bracket 2 an L-shape.

Recesses 5 are provided at the corners of the long plate 3. A further recess 6 is located in the middle of the long plate 3 and can be seen more clearly in Fig. 2. In the short plate 3 there is a downwardly extending curvature 7 in which further recesses 8 are located.

A cuboid 9 is arranged on the long plate 3 by means of a fastening element that is not visible in the drawing. The cuboid 9 is provided with lateral holes 10 and a central hole 11. Elastically deformable holding arms 12.1 or 12.2 that are movable in the holes 10 are inserted into the lateral holes 10.

On the cuboid 9 there is arranged a plate 13 which is adapted to the size of the cuboid 9 and which also has a recess 14 in its

middle and which is attached to the cuboid 9 with the same fastening element. The plate 13 serves to protect the cuboid 9.

The elastically deformable holding arms 12.1 or 12.2 have attachment pieces 15 at their ends, which counteract the slipping out of the holding arms 12.1 or 12.2.

The operation of the present invention is as follows:

On the holder H, the cuboid 9 with the plate 13 is fastened to the long plate 3 using a fastening element. The fastening element is inserted through the central hole 11 and the recess 14 of the plate 13.

The holding arms 12.1 or 12.2 are inserted into the side holes 10 of the cuboid 9. Their diameter is larger than that of the side hole 10, but since the outer layer, like the cuboid 9, is made of an elastic material, e.g. foam, they can be easily inserted into the side hole 10. The spherical attachment pieces 15 are attached to the ends of the holding arms 12.1 or 12.2.

The holder H is then attached to a wall or a glass using suction cups, nails or similar, which are inserted into the recesses 5. A bottle containing personal care products, cleaning products or similar is placed in this holder H. This can be placed either normally or upside down in the holder H. The curvature 7 guarantees a secure hold without the bottle slipping. Bottles of different types, shapes and sizes can be placed in the holder H, as the bottle is held by the holding arms 12.1 or 12.2. As the holding arms 12.1 or 12.2 are preferably made of elastic material, they can adapt well to the shape of the bottle. The recesses 8 in the curvature 7 are used as a water drain.

Holder for bottles with a flowable content, in particular personal care products, cleaning products or the like, with a carrier ( 1 ) for fastening to a wall, glass or the like, characterized in that elastically deformable holding arms ( 12.1 or 12.2 ) are arranged on the carrier ( 2 ). 2. Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the carrier ( 1 ) is designed as an L-shaped support angle ( 2 ). 3. Holder according to claim 2, characterized in that the carrier ( 1 ) has a long plate ( 3 ) and a short plate ( 4 ) which are at right angles to each other. 4. Holder according to claim 3, characterized in that recesses ( 5 ) are made in the corners of the long plate ( 3 ). 5. Holder according to claim 3 and 4, characterized in that a further recess ( 6 ) is made in the middle of the long plate ( 3 ). 6. Holder according to one of claims 4 and 5, characterized in that fastening elements are assigned to the recesses ( 4 and 5 ). 7. Holder according to one of claims 3-6, characterized in that a cuboid ( 9 ) is arranged on the long plate ( 3 ). 8. Holder according to one of claims 7-9, characterized in that a plate ( 13 ) is attached to the cuboid ( 9 ). 11. Holder according to one of claims 8-11, characterized in that the holding arms ( 12.1 or 12.2 ) are inserted into the lateral bores ( 10 ) of the cuboid ( 9 ). 13. Holder according to claim 12, characterized in that the holding arms ( 12.1 or 12.2 ) consist of a bendable material, in particular wire. 14. Holder according to claim 13, characterized in that the holding arms ( 12.1 or 12.2 ) are covered on the outside with a soft material, in particular with foam. 15. Holder according to claim 14, characterized in that the diameter of the holding arms ( 12 ) is larger than that of the lateral bores ( 10 ) of the cuboid ( 9 ). 16.
