Die Ladeeinheit besteht aus einer Trägerplatte © und einer darauf wasserdicht montierten Box ©, in die die Anschlußdose ® und die Ausgleichselektronik montiert sind. Die Anschlußdose kann mittels unverlierbar angebrachter Staubkappe © verschlossen werden. Die Trägerplatte weist zwei Bohrungen (D im Durchmesser 6,5mm auf. Der Abstand ist harmonisiert auf den Fremdstartstecker nach VG 96963, auf den die Ladeeinheit als Zusatz montiert werden kann. Rückwärtig aus der Trägerplatte werden zwei Kabelbäume heraus auf die beiden Batteriesätze des taktischen Fahrzeugs geführt. Claims (1)

Die Erfindung dient als Nachrüsteinheit für Großfahrzeuge mit einem oder zwei Batteriesätzen. Diese Fahrzeuge verfügen i. d. R. über eine Fremdstartdose, die nur mit dem Starterbatteriesatz verbunden ist. Dieser ist häufig bei abgezogenem Zündschlüssel elektrisch nicht zugänglich. Die Ladeerhaltung bei abgestelltem Fahrzeug ist darüber nicht möglich. Ebenso ist der Feinnetz Batteriesatz darüber nicht zugänglich. 1. Der Einbau ist ohne bauliche Veränderung am Fahrzeug möglich. Die Ladeeinheit wird nach Lösen der oberen zwei Befestigungsschrauben des Fremdstartsteckers zusammen mit diesem montiert. Die Anschlußleitungen werden durch die vorhandenen Bohrungen im Fahrzeug auf die beiden Batteriesätze geführt und dort kontaktiert. 2. Die Tiefentladung eines der beiden Batteriesätze wird durch die Ausgleichselektronik vermieden. 3. Die Regenerierung eines schwachen Batteriesatzes aus der volleren Batterie ist ohne externe Energie und Eingriffe und ohne Ausbau der Batterie möglich. 4. Die Ladung des tiefer entladenen Batteriesatzes erfolgt bis zum Erreichen des Ladeniveaus der volleren Batterie. Ab da erfolgt die gemeinsame Ladung beider Batteriesätze. 5. Die Ladeausgleichseinheit ist modular aufgebaut. 6. Einfache Montage der Ladeausgleichseinheit an eine der beiden Fremdstartdosen von militärischen Fahrzeugen durch Lösen von zwei Schrauben, einschieben der Ladeausgleichseinheit und erneutes Befestigen der Schrauben. 7. Schutz der Batterieanschlussleitungen durch Mantelleitung. 8. Batterieanschlussleitungen durch vorhandene Schottwandöffnung mit 16 A abgesichert auf die Batterieklemmen der beiden Batteriesätze geführt. 9. Die Lade- bzw. Ladeausgleichseinheit ist auf 24 V 5/10 A-Systeme ausgelegt. 10. Die verwandten Stecker ist je nach Vorgabe des Nutzers in unterschiedlichen Größen möglich (z. B.
