Abstract

The lock (1) is assembled of a hollow ball (2) made of a precious metal and provided with two cylindrical spaces (8) positioned opposite each other and a ring (3) with a groove along its inner surface with two integrated concave recesses (5). A helical spring (9) with a hemispherical cap (6) on top is accommodated in each of the spaces (8). When the ring (3), which can be equipped with ornamental objects at its outer surface, is pushed onto the upper surface of the ball (2) the caps (6) engage with the matching recesses (5) after the ring (3) has been rotated into the required position.
