Als bekannte Technik wird vorausgesetzt: die individuelle Modellation in Wachs oder Kunststoff zur Herstellung von Zahnersatzwerkstücken. Bei der Verwendung der beschriebenen auf dem Markt befindlichen Titanbasisteile kann der Teller individuell beschliffen werden und das Modellierhilfsteil auch an diese Basis mit Wachs neu angepasst werden. Dies ermöglicht eine weitere Individualisierung des Aufbauteiles.
