Abstract

Small figure

The invention relates to a small figure for attachment to flat surfaces.

Small figures of all kinds, shapes and materials are known. These small figures have the problem that they easily fall over and do not have sufficient grip on moving objects. By gluing the figure to a surface, the grip can be improved considerably, but the figure can then only be replaced by removing the glue. This is not only labor-intensive, but the surface to which the small figure is glued can easily be damaged after repeated changes.

The object of the invention is to improve a small figure of the type mentioned at the beginning so that it can be used in many different ways, has a secure hold and is easily replaceable.

This object is achieved according to the invention by

- that it has a lower base,

- that the remaining upper part is in particular detachably attached to the base, and

- that the underside of the base has an adhesive surface.

Such a construction makes it possible to attach the base to a surface for a longer period of time and still keep the visible part

the figure can be easily replaced without having to remove the adhesive.

The small figure is of simple construction, versatile and can also take on additional functions.

A particularly simple and secure connection is created if there is a pin connection between the upper part and the base.

Preferably, it is proposed that it can be attached to the horizontal surface of a door rebate. The small figure can also be attached to the top of the door hinge. In both cases, the small figure is securely attached to a door without having to worry about it falling off due to the movement of the door.

It is particularly advantageous if the upper part has a projection made of elastic material that protrudes over the side of the door as an impact surface. This gives the small figure the additional function of reducing the noise of a door closing, and the damping can be improved further by slightly tilting the door figure forward.

It is particularly advantageous if the upper part has a side surface that protrudes downwards over the base so that it rests against the side surface of the door rebate and/or the door frame. The small figure thus forms a door stop to prevent the door from opening too wide.

In a further alternative embodiment, it is proposed that the small figure has a recess in the middle on its top side, which serves to hold a small candle. Additionally or alternatively, however, the small figure can also have a recess or holder to hold a writing pen. Furthermore, as an alternative or additional function, it is proposed that the small figure contains a magnet for holding magnetic objects.

Preferably, it is proposed that it has two different opposite sides, with information for differentiation such as, for example, "free-occupied", "present-absent", "done-not done", "open-closed", "happy-sad". This turns the miniature figure into an information carrier with a wide variety of information functions.

A small clock can also be integrated into the miniature figure.

The small figure has a greater height than its width or diameter and preferably has a width or diameter of 40 mm. In the exemplary embodiment, the small figure has a cylindrical body with an upper part 1 that is hemispherically rounded on its upper side and with a lower base 2 on which the upper part 1 is detachably attached.

In the embodiment, the lower base 2 is circular disk-shaped and has a vertically upwardly positioned pin 2a in the middle, which fits in a correspondingly shaped recess 1a in the upper part that is open at the bottom. The pin 2a and the recess 1a can be frustoconical.

On the underside, the base 2 has an adhesive surface 3 with which the base can be attached to flat surfaces of a wide variety of objects.

Fig. 2 shows how the miniature figure is attached to the horizontal surface 4 of the rebate of a door leaf 5. The upper part 1 has a lateral projection 6 which acts as a door stop in that it comes to rest on the side surface of the door frame 7 when the door is closed.

The small figure can also be attached, for example, to the top of a door hinge 8, the upper part 1 having a downwardly projecting lateral projection 9 which is shaped like a sector of a circle so that it forms a stop for the door from being opened too wide, as shown in the lower drawing in Fig. 3.

In Fig. 4, an upper recess 10a in the upper part 1 is shown, in which, for example, a candle can be inserted.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 5, the upper part 1 has a recess 10b which is open at the top in order to be able to accommodate elongated objects such as a pen.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 6, a magnet 11 is embedded in the outer surface of the upper part 1 in order to be able to hold metal objects.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 7, the miniature figure has information areas 12, 13 on its two opposite sides, which can contain a wide variety of information, such as "vacant-occupied",

In the embodiment according to Fig. 8, a clock 14 is embedded in the upper part 1 of the small figure.

All of the examples are characterized by the fact that the upper part can be easily exchanged for other upper parts at any time. This means that the upper part and thus also the small figure can perform a wide variety of functions and can therefore not only be a doorstop, a door slam damper, a pen holder, a candle holder, a clock, a magnet holder, but it can also function as an advertising emblem, a note holder, a souvenir figure or a lucky charm.

Small figure for attachment to flat surfaces, characterized in that - that it has a lower base ( 2 ), - that the remaining upper part ( 1 ) is in particular detachably attached to the base, and - that the base underside has an adhesive surface ( 3 ). 2. Small figure according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection between the upper part ( 1 ) and the base ( 2 ) is a pin connection ( 2a ). 3. Small figure according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it can be fastened on the horizontal surface ( 4 ) of a door rebate. 4. Small figure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be fastened on the upper side of a door hinge ( 8 ). 5. Small figure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the upper part ( 1 ) has a projection ( 6 ) made of elastic material protruding over the door side surface as an impact surface. 6. Small figure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the upper part ( 1 ) has a lateral surface ( 9 ) projecting downwards over the base floor for contact with the side surface of the door rebate and/or the door frame ( 7 ). 7. Small figure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a recess ( 10a ) in the middle of its upper side, which serves to accommodate a small candle. 8. Small figure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a recess ( 10b ) or holder to hold a writing pen. 9.
