Die Neuerung betrifft eine variable Fliesenschablone zum messen und anzeichnen von Fliesen. Fliesen werden in Gebäude und Terrassenflächen als Boden oder Wandfliesen angebracht. Beim verlegen von Fliesen müssen einige Fliesen den Gebäudekonturen angepasst werden.The innovation concerns a variable tile template for measuring and marking tiles. Tiles are installed in buildings and terraces as floor or wall tiles. When laying tiles, some tiles have to be adapted to the contours of the building.
Bisher ist es üblich diese Gebäudekonturen mit einem Zollstock zu vermessen und auf einer Fliese aufzuzeichnen.Until now, it has been common practice to measure these building contours with a folding rule and mark them on a tile.
Diese Vorgehensweise hat den Nachteil, dass an mehreren Stellen gemessen werden muss, bis die Kontur erfasst ist. Dabei muß die Fliesenfugenbreite von dem gemessenen Maß meistens abgezogen werden. Dieser Messvorgang ist sehr zeitintensiv und es treten Fehler beim Messen auf. Bei einem Messfehler muß die Fliese nachbearbeitet werden oder eine neue Fliese muß angepasst werden.This procedure has the disadvantage that measurements must be taken in several places until the contour is determined. Die benötigte Anschlagbreite 3 wurde vorher nach der Fliesenfugenbreite ausgesucht und an dem Schieberführungsleiste mit 2 Schrauben 6 befestigt. Hierbei ist es auch möglich auf dem befestigten Anschlag 3 aus Stahl, verschieden breite Magnetstreifen anzubringen und damit der Fliesenfugenbreite anzupassen.The drawing shows the tile template 1 in an application example.
