Diese, in Abb. 1 oben rechts dargestellte, Ausführungsform ist an ein normales Hallhandballtor angepasst und hat dementsprechend eine Kantenlänge bzw. Schenkellänge von vorzugsweise etwa 95,3 cm, insbesondere bevorzugt von etwa 70 cm und einen Ausschnitt für den Ball mit einem Durchmesser von 25 bis 30 cm, vorzugsweise 28 cm (Abb. 2a). Die Kanten werden rechtwinkelig umgebogen, Kanten und Aufprallfläche erhalten an den angegebenen Stellen Schlitze, 40 &khgr; 6mm, (Abb.2b) durch die Gurtbänder von 35 mm Breite und 650 mm Länge durchgeführt werden. Die Bänder werden um die Torpfosten bzw. die Querlatte geführt und mit Schnellverschlüssen gespannt, so dass die Platte fest in der Torecke verankert ist. Die Durchwurföffnung kann durch Rundmaterial von 8-10mm Durchmesser, das von hinten auf der Grundplatte befestigt ist, verstärkt werden. Dieser Kantenschutz besteht vorzugsweise aus dem gleichen Material wie die Platte. Das Herstellungsverfahren ist einfach und besteht aus Schneiden, Lasern, Abkanten und Schweißen des Materials (ST37) sowie einer Pulverbeschichtung. Die Befestigungselemente sind identisch, ebenso der Durchmesser des Ballausschnittes.
