Claims

1. A tilting sports device that has the following:
a base ( 10 ) having a tubular extension ( 12 ) formed at the center of the base ( 10 ) and having a plurality of first alignment holes ( 14 ) extending through the circumference of the tubular extension ( 12 ),
a damper ( 20 ) having a cylindrical base ( 22 ) received in the tubular extension ( 12 ) and having a plurality of second alignment holes ( 24 ) formed in an outer surface of the cylindrical base ( 22 ) corresponding to the first alignment holes ( 14 ) of the base ( 12 ) and a plurality of legs ( 26 ) formed on and projecting from an upper surface of the cylindrical base ( 26 ), the cylindrical base ( 22 ) having a height greater than that of the tubular extension ( 12 ) such that the legs ( 26 ) project from the tubular extension ( 12 ),
a pin ( 16 ) extending into one of the first alignment holes ( 14 ) and one of the second alignment holes ( 24 ) to secure the connection and a relative position between the tubular extension ( 12 ) and the cylindrical base ( 22 ), and a footboard ( 30 ) fixedly mounted on and supported by the damper ( 20 ),
wherein the footboard ( 30 ) can be tilted and rocked to achieve a training effect for a user.

2. The tilting sports device according to claim 1, wherein the footboard ( 30 ) has a protrusion ( 301 ) formed on a bottom surface of the footboard, and the damper has a recessed portion ( 262 ) formed on a top surface of the damper for receiving the protrusion ( 301 ) therein.

3. Tilting sports equipment according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of recesses ( 32 ) are formed in the peripheral edge of the footboard ( 30 ) and a safety rod ( 34 ) is fastened in a corresponding cutout ( 32 ).

4. Tilting sports equipment according to claim 1, wherein the footboard ( 30 ) has a plurality of oppositely shaped handles ( 36 ) along a peripheral edge of the footboard ( 30 ).
