Die in Abhängigkeit von der Größe der zu fertigenden Ballongirlande spezielle Girlandenschnur 1, vorzugsweise wetterfest ausgeführt, ist in regelmäßigen Abständen mit Rundgummis 2 versehen, die zum Anbinden der vorgefertigten 4er Ballonelemente dienen.
