Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mischvlies aus Naturfasern und Thermoplastfasern.The invention relates to a mixed fleece made of natural fibers and thermoplastic fibers.
Naturfaser-Mischvliese sind seit längerem bekannt, z. B. aus DE-C 36 14 533, EP-A 933 191 und EP-A 1 055 759. Sie werden vor allem zur Herstellung von Automobil-Innenteilen verwendet. Als Naturfasern werden dabei vor allem solche auf Basis von Flachs, Hanf, Jute, Sisal, Kenaf und Abaca eingesetzt. Derartige Naturfasern weisen verschiedene Nachteile auf; in einigen Fällen lässt die Zugfestigkeit zu wünschen übrig, manche Fasern sind zu brüchig, so dass die Vliese schwierig zu verarbeiten sind und oft haben die Naturfasern einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der Erfindung lag daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Naturfaser-Mischvlies bereitzustellen, dass die genannten Nachteile nicht aufweist.Natural fiber blended fleeces have been known for a long time, e.g. from DE-C 36 14 533, EP-A 933 191 and EP-A 1 055 759. Ananasfasern werden aus den Blättern der Ananaspflanze gewonnen. Die Rohfasern werden gewaschen, getrocknet und auf eine Länge von 5 bis 200 mm, vorzugsweise von 30 bis 100 mm geschnitten. Ihre Feinheit liegt im Allgemeinen zwischen 5 und 20 dtex. Geeignete Thermoplastfasern sind solche aus Polyolefinen, insbesondere aus Polyethylen und Polypropylen. Bevorzugt sind Fasern aus Homopolypropylen und mit Maleinsäureanhydrid modifiziertem Polypropylen. Sie werden auf eine Länge von 30 bis 80 mm geschnitten, ihre Feinheit beträgt vorzugsweise 1,7 bis 20 dtex.Suitable thermoplastic fibers are those made of polyolefins, in particular polyethylene and polypropylene. Es kann durch übliches Heißverpressen bei Temperaturen zwischen 180 und 220° C zu flächigen, auch mehrlagigen Halbzeugen oder direkt zu Fertigteilen verarbeitet werden, wobei in einem Arbeitsgang zur Oberflächenveredelung Kunststofffolien, Vliese oder andere Dekorschichten mit aufgepresst werden können.
