Claims

1. Hand gymnastics device, comprising:
a hollow sphere with four openings;
a cross-shaped element held in the hollow sphere and two gripping discs rotatably connected to two opposite ends of the cross-shaped element, two massage discs rotatably connected to the other two opposite ends of the cross-shaped element, the two gripping discs and the two massage discs engaging with the four openings of the hollow sphere, a rod extending from the intersection point of the cross-shaped element and a spring attached to the rod, and
a tube pivotally attached to the rod and preloaded by the spring, a weight being connected to a side rod extending from the tube.

2. Hand gymnastics device according to claim 1, wherein the hollow sphere is composed of two halves and a plurality of reinforcing strips extending from the interior of each of the two hollow spheres, wherein the cross-shaped element is positioned between the reinforcing strips of the two halves.

3. The hand exerciser of claim 1, further comprising an opening through a wall of the ball and a plurality of notches in a lower circumference defining the opening, the notches each having a different depth, a flange disposed on a top of the tube and a stop extending from an upper end of the flange, the stop engaging one of the notches.
