Die Erfindung betrifft ein stabförmiges, längenvariables, zerlegbares Trainingsgerät zur Körperertüchtigung für Untrainierte. Es wird aus mehreren hohlen, farblich gekennzeichneten Stabelementen lösbar zusammen gesetzt.
