a front portion ( 400 ) having a cavity ( 401 ) formed at one end thereof for receiving a filter of a cigarette (S) and a filter element ( 500 ), the filter element ( 500 ) being fitted into a chamber ( 402 ) formed at the other end of the front portion ( 400 ), the filter element ( 500 ) having a threaded rod portion ( 501 ), the cavity ( 401 ) having a through hole ( 403 ) communicating with the chamber ( 402 ); and
a connector ( 10 ) having at one end ( 12 ) a threaded bore ( 11 ) which engages with the threaded rod portion ( 501 ), the other end ( 14 ) of which is conical in shape and has formed therein a through bore ( 13 ) which communicates with the threaded bore ( 11 ), the other end ( 14 ) being fitted into the recess ( 301 ) of the mouthpiece ( 100 ).

2. Cigarette holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the front portion ( 400 ) has a clip ( 404 ).
