Urn tower with chambers Description

The invention relates to an urn tower with chambers for accommodating urns, which can optionally be closed.

The state of the art includes urn towers in which the chambers are arranged mainly on the front and possibly also on the back.

These state-of-the-art urn towers require a lot of space and are not very aesthetically pleasing.

The technical problem underlying the invention is to provide an urn tower which has as many chambers as possible and thus requires little space while having an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

This technical problem is solved by an urn tower having the features according to claim 1.

Because the urn tower according to the invention is designed in such a way that the chambers are arranged one above the other in at least two levels, and because each level has at least three chambers, such that the openings of the chambers are arranged in different side surfaces of the urn tower, it is possible to arrange a large number of chambers in such a way that the urn tower according to the invention takes up little space.

According to a preferred embodiment, the urn tower has four side surfaces. It therefore has a rectangular, preferably square, floor plan. Four chambers are arranged in each level, with an opening of a chamber arranged in each side surface.

Since the chambers for accommodating the urns must have a certain height, the total number of levels of the tower is limited. The urn tower advantageously has four levels, i.e. chambers in four levels above one another. Since each level has four chambers according to the preferred embodiment, it is possible to arrange 16 chambers on a base area of approximately one square meter. This is a very space-saving embodiment for an urn tower.

The chambers are advantageously arranged in such a way that the chambers of one level of the urn tower are each arranged with their rear wall adjacent to a side wall of another chamber of the same level.

According to a preferred embodiment, the openings of the chambers are designed to be closable. The openings preferably have a size of 40 centimeters by 40 centimeters. This has the advantage that standard concrete closure plates can be provided, which do not have to be manufactured separately. This allows empty chambers

can be closed inexpensively, so that the urn tower still has an aesthetically pleasing appearance even when it is not yet completely occupied.

The formwork of the urn tower is provided with dowels for the closure plates, so that no more drilling has to be done on site. With the appropriate special screws, the closure plates can be attached easily without any work having to be done on the urn tower itself.

It is advantageous to have a main channel in the urn tower that is at least almost vertical. A connecting channel leads from each chamber to this main channel. This allows ventilation. The connecting channel from each chamber to the main channel is advantageously aligned at an angle downwards into the main channel. This means that the chambers are well ventilated through a chimney effect. Another significant advantage is that condensation that forms in the chambers can drain through the connecting channels. For this reason, the condensation no longer runs out through the closure plates, which, according to the state of the art, makes the tower dirty and unsightly.

The urn tower is preferably placed on a foundation. The foundation advantageously has an opening for the main channel so that the condensate can drain into the ground. The foundation can also be open in the middle so that the main channel is then led into the middle of the foundation.

According to a preferred embodiment, each level of the urn tower is formed from a component. The urn tower advantageously consists of at least two components arranged one above the other. Particularly advantageous and

Four components arranged one above the other have proven to be aesthetically pleasing.

Due to the construction of individual components, the urn tower according to the invention has the further advantage that it can be built very quickly, since the individual elements are simply placed on top of each other. Due to the weight of the components, they do not have to be connected to each other separately. It has only proven advantageous to place a silicone ring around the central main channel, which runs through all the components, in order to seal the channel.

Since, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the chambers of the urn tower are arranged offset one above the other, the urn tower has a particularly advantageous aesthetic design.

In addition, there is a free wall area next to each chamber. Various elements can be arranged on these free areas, such as a vase, a grave light or a shelf.

The chambers are advantageously designed to be very deep so that up to three urns can be arranged in one chamber.

Fig. 1 and 2 show an urn tower (1) with four levels (2, 3, 4, 5) which are formed from corresponding components. Chambers (20, 21, 30, 31; 40, 41; 50, 51) are arranged in the levels (2, 3, 4, 5). Additional chambers (22, 23, 32, 33, 42, 43, 52, 53) are located in the non-visible side surfaces of the urn tower, so that each level (2, 3, 4, 5) has four chambers and the urn tower (1) therefore has a total of 16 chambers.

The chambers (20, 30, 40, 50; 21, 31, 41, 51) of each side surface are arranged offset from one another.

The urn tower has a cover (6) and a base (7). The cover (6) can also have other shapes than the one shown.

In Fig. 3, the level (2) of the urn tower (1) is shown. The level (2) has the chambers (20, 21, 22, 23). The rear side of the chamber (20) is arranged adjacent to a side surface of the chamber (23). The rear side of the chamber (21) is arranged adjacent to a side surface of the chambers (20). The same applies to the other chambers (22 and 23), whose rear sides are arranged in the direction of the side surface of the adjacent chambers (21, 22).

The component (2) has a channel (8) in the middle. Connecting channels (9) are arranged between the channel (8) and the chambers (20, 21, 22, 23). The connecting channels (9) are designed to lead downwards at an angle in the direction of the main channel (8). The main channel (8) and the connecting channels (9) enable the chambers (20, 21, 22, 23) to be ventilated and deventilated. In addition, condensate forming in the chambers (20, 21, 22, 23) can flow through the connecting channels (9) into the main channel (8).

The chambers (20, 21, 22, 23) have recesses (10) for receiving closure plates (12). The recesses (10) are formed with a slightly conical taper.

According to Fig. 1 and 2, surfaces (11) are provided next to the chambers (20, 21, 30, 31, 40, 41, 50, 51). Various elements, such as a grave light, a vase, a shelf or the like, can be arranged on these surfaces (11).

Urn tower with chambers, characterized in that the urn tower ( 1 ) has at least three side surfaces, that the chambers ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ) of the urn tower ( 1 ) are arranged one above the other in at least two levels ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ), that each level ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ) has at least three chambers ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ; 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 ; 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 ; 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ), that each chamber ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 30 , 31 , 32, 33 , 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ) has an opening for receiving the urns, and that the openings of the chambers ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ) are each arranged in different side surfaces. 2. Urn tower according to claim 5, characterized in that a connecting channel (9) is provided between the main channel ( 8 ) and each chamber ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 , 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ). 7. Urn tower according to claim 5, characterized in that the main channel ( 8 ) is designed as a main channel ( 8 ) leading into an opening of a foundation of the urn tower ( 1 ). 8. Urn tower according to claim 1, characterized in that the side surfaces ( 11 ) of the urn tower (1) located next to the openings of the chambers ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 30 , 31 , 32 , 33, 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ) are designed as side surfaces ( 11 ) having vases, grave candles, shelves or the like . 9. Urn tower according to claim 1, characterized in that each level of the urn tower ( 1 ) is formed from a structural element ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ), and that the urn tower ( 1 ) is formed from at least two structural elements ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ) arranged one above the other. 10. Urn tower according to claim 1, characterized in that the urn tower ( 1 ) has an upper cover ( 6 ). 11. Urn tower according to claim 1, characterized in that the chambers ( 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 ; 30 , 31 , 32 , 33 ; 40 , 41 , 42 , 43 ; 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 ) of different levels ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ) are arranged offset from one another.
