Abstract

The sole is of the usual shape as seen in plan view, matching the shape of the wearer's foot. There are two pairs of lugs projecting upwards from the edges of the sole. The first pair of lugs is at the broadest part of the sole by the base of the toes, and the second pair is just forward of the heel. There is a large rectangular lug centrally-placed on the underside of the heel. The sole has a slight sinusoidal curve as seen from the side.

Description

BeschreibungDescription

Entwicklung eines Schubaukastensystem.Development of a drawer system.

Shoes of a conventional design cannot be changed as required and thus adapted to the wearer's ideas and needs. The upper material and the heel are firmly attached to the sole. A sandal cannot be transformed into a low shoe as the season changes. A pointed shoe shape cannot be turned into a round shape as required. The production of shoe shapes as well as colors and heel heights are mainly influenced by fashion trends. In addition, the production and sale of the type of shoe is seasonal. Since fashion trends do not always correspond to the customer's ideas, it is impossible for the shoe industry to reach many target groups despite mass production.

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of creating a modular shoe system (variable shoe system) with which the user can design his individual shoe regardless of the season or fashion trends, as well as change it by exchanging it and thus adapt it to his own needs.

This problem is solved with the features listed in claim 1.

The invention enables the user to change the type of shoe he wants, from sandals to boots, regardless of the season, by putting the individual modules together. He can also create his own individual shoe shape by choosing the toe shape.

The basis of the modular shoe system is the base sole (Fig. 1). Various connection systems for attaching the individual modules are located on this. The top of the sole is provided with four loops (1). These are used to attach the sandal modules (Fig. 22, Fig. 25) using hooks (6). By inserting the hooks, the sandal modules are connected to the base sole (Fig. 10). The underside of the base sole (Fig. 3) has circular sole elevations (2). The counterpart to this connection is the sole of the respective module. These are provided with hole recesses (4) of exactly the same size. By inserting the sole and pressing it firmly (Fig. 4, Fig. 7), it is connected to the module and locked in place. By changing the modules, the sandal (Fig. 12) becomes a mule (Fig. 9) or a low shoe (Fig. 6).

The heel connection system for a replaceable heel is located on the circular sole heel elevation (3). A dovetail connection (3, 5) is used to represent the model, whereby the heel is pushed on (Fig. 5, Fig. 8, Fig. 11). For a prototype, a corresponding system for locking would have to be developed (e.g. a quick snap fastener).

An example of how to form a boot is shown in (Fig.l 3). The boot module (9) is formed by connecting the low shoe module (Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17) with the gaiter (Fig.l8). To do this, the lower end of the gaiter (7) is attached to the round cutout of the low shoe module (8) using a Velcro fastener.
