Die Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stoppen eines mit Feder gespannten Deckels eines handelsüblichen Müllsammelbehälters aus Metall und Kunststoff.The innovation concerns a device for stopping a spring-loaded lid of a commercially available garbage collection container made of metal and plastic.

Die von mir entwickelte Kindersicherung wird aus einem Metallstab gefertigt. Ein U Profil wird in der gleichen Rundung gebogen wie der Deckel, so das es unter den Deckel paßt. Jetzt wird der gebogene Stab abgeschnitten, 200 mm kürzer als die Rundung des Deckels. Danach wird an ein Ende ein Haken angeschweißt, der als Fanghaken dient. Am anderen Ende wird ein Loch gebohrt, 10 mm vor dem Stabende, in das Loch wird ein Gewinde geschnitten, in das eine lange Schraube eingeschraubt wird, die als Auslöser fungiert. Jetzt wird das Loch zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung am Deckel gebohrt. Das Loch wird in das erste Drittel der Vorrichtung gebohrt um die Schwerkraft auszunützen. Das Loch muß größer sein wie die Schraube, so das die Vorrichtung beweglich bleibt. Die Vorrichtung wird innen im Deckel angebaut. Zudem wird ein Loch in den Deckel gebohrt. Der Deckel wird geöffnet 200mm, die Vorrichtung wird hinten am Behälterrand eingehängt, das Loch markiert und gebohrt, eine Schraube in das Loch gesteckt und befestigt, anschließend wird die Vorrichtung an der Schraube befestigt, so das sie noch beweglich ist. Jetzt wird das Loch für den Auslöser in den Deckel gebohrt. Auf den Auslöser wird eine Kunststoff kappe gesetzt. Das längere gebogene Teil der Vorrichtung, wo sich der Haken befindet, ist schwerer untf somit unten. Wird der Deckel hoch geschoben, so schiebt sich die Vorrichtung mit dem Haken über den hinteren Rand des Sammelbehälters. Wird der Deckel losgelassen, so fährt er auf 200 mm runter, dann hakt die Vorrichtung am Anschlag ein (Behälterrand). Claims (13)

1. Vorrichtung zum Stoppen eines Mülltonnenrunddeckels mit Federkraft.
