Fig. 1 zeigt ein solches Kissen aus dem Stand der Technik. Das Kissen hat eine Struktur in Form eines Sattels mit einem relativ niedrigem Mittelteil und zwei relativ hohen seitlichen Teilen, welche sich seitlich an dem Mittelteil anschließen. Der höchste Teil des Mittelteils krümmt sich in Querrichtung einwärts von den beiden Längsseiten zu einem Mittelpunkt. Diese Struktur des Kissens ist jedoch noch nicht befriedigend. Ein erfindungsgemäßes Kissen, wie es zum Beispiel in den Figuren 2 und 3 dargestellt ist, umfasst im allgemeinen einen Kissenkörper 1 und eine Unterstützung 2. Der Kissenkörper 1 ist aus einem schwammartigen Material hergestellt und hat eine offene Kammer 11, mit einem halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt, welche sich longitudinal zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seitenwänden erstreckt, zwei im Boden angeordnete Durchgangslöcher 12 hat, ein die Außenseite abdeckendes, flexibles und wärmeisolierendes Material 13 aufweist und eine Abdeckung aus einem netzartigen Material 14 hat, welches die Schicht aus dem flexiblen wärmeisolierendem Material 13 bedeckt. - wherein the support has a tapered central portion ( 21 ) and two flat lateral portions ( 23 ) which are arranged on either side of the central portion ( 21 ) and each have a rise ( 22 ) from the central portion ( 21 ) to the remaining lateral portions.

2. Cushion according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper side of the central portion ( 21 ) of the support ( 2 ) has a flat shape.

Cushion according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cushion body ( 1 ) has through holes ( 12 ) which extend vertically from the underside of the bottom of the chamber ( 11 ) to the top of the bottom of the chamber ( 11 ), that the support ( 2 , 4 ) has two through holes ( 24 ) which extend from the underside ( 2 ) to the top of the lateral sections ( 23 ), and that the cushion body ( 1 ) is connected to the support ( 2 ) via laces ( 3 ) which are guided through the through holes.

6. Cushion according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cushion body has adhesive rubber ( 16 ) on the end faces of the base, which is connected to adhesive rubbers ( 24 ) on the end faces of the support ( 2 , 4 ).
