Faltschirme der genannten Art, d.h., sogenannte Taschenschirme sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich keines druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf, der im übrigen auch nicht erbracht werden kann. Diese auf Längen in der Größenordnung von etwa 15 bis 2 0 cm zusammenfaltbaren Schirme, um sie auch in Taschen unterbringen und mitführen zu können, sind regelmäßig in überziehbaren Hüllen untergebracht, die zwar mit geeigneten Mittel ausgestattet sind, um sie am zusammengalteten Schiim zu halten, die aber keine feste Verbindung zum Schirm selbst haben. Um einen solchen Taschenschirm aufzuspannen, muß die Hülle entfernt und deshalb irgendwo untergebracht werden. Der Faltschirm besteht nach wie vor und unter Verweis auf die Fig.1,3 aus einem teleskopartig längenreduzierbaren Schirmstock 1 mit Halteknauf 2, an dessen oberen Kopfstück 3 und einem am Stock 1 geführten Schieber 4 das zusammenfaltbare Schirmdachgestell 5 angelenkt ist, das die zentrisch am mit einem äußeren Abdeckknopf 6 versehenen Kopfstück 3 gefaßte Schirmbespannung 7 trägt. Fig.l zeigt dabei den Schirm im etwa halb zusammengezogenen und Fig.2 im voll zusammengezogenen Zustand, bei dem die gestrichelt dargestellte Hülle 8 übergezogen werden kann, d.h., bei dieser Lösung ist am Kopfstück 3 über der Schirmbespannung 7 eine die zusammengefaltete Schirmbespannung 7 umschließbare Schirhmülle 8 angeordnet, die bspw. aus einem dem Material der Schirmbespannung 7 entsprechenden Material gebildet sein kann und die in Form eines der zusammengefalteten Form des Schirmes entsprechenden Schlauches 8' ausgebildet ist, dessen einer freier Endrand 9 zwischen Kopfstück 3 und Abdeckknopf 6 gefaßt ist.
