Scraper triangle T.A.S. for the line area up to the spring repair of the tennis courts.

The invention relates to a scraper triangle for treating a tennis court. Until recently, scraping was mostly carried out with wooden and aluminum tools.

The disadvantages are:

-a very stressful way of working for the back -depending on the strength of the individual person, the scraping was sometimes deeper and sometimes less deep, which led to unevenness

-too much time spent working

For about two years now, the scraping has been done by various motorized devices, e.g. tennis witches, turbo brooms, etc., which deposit the brick dust in several longitudinal rows. The disadvantage of these devices is that they are very expensive.

The innovation is based on the task of creating a device that facilitates the treatment or repair of a tennis court. This task is solved by the subject matter of claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the subclaims.

The T.A.S. scraper triangle solves two tasks in one operation:

-Scraping off the old brick dust in the line area -cleaning the line with the brush

The advantages of the invention are:

-Reduction of the time required for scraping off the old brick dust in the line area by over 50%

-The device offers a very stress-relieving working method -The weight of the device ensures even removal of the material -The large working width (approx. 130 cm) also leads to good levelling of the area

-with the triangle device A2 the device can also be used outside the line area

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the scraper triangle T.A.S. The device has a base device B, consisting of two elements M 1 and M 2 (Fig. 1 ), which are connected by connections Vl and V2. The triangle devices Al and A2 (Fig. 3 ) can be mounted on the base device B as required and secured with the screws Sl, S2, S3 and S4.

The device is pulled by the pull wing Gl, which is attached to the connections V3 and V4.

With the help of the lifting bracket G2 the device can be transported from one line to another.

The triangular device Al has a gap S (Fig.3 Al) in the tip into which the tennis line fits. A brush b (Fig.3 ) is built into this gap S, which serves to clean the line. Saw blades SB (Fig.2 ) are attached to the elements Ml and M 2 and the triangular device Al and A2.

Fig. 4 shows the treatment of the tennis court with the device according to the invention.

To facilitate the work process, the short lines (base lines and service lines) should be removed.

Then you place the device at the end of a double sideline and draw one line after the other with the device. The working time for the five lines of a pitch is between 90 and 120 seconds.

For work outside the line area, the triangular device A2 must be mounted and the device pulled from one end to the other. The operation is repeated until the entire tennis court is finished. The scraped material is then removed with a shovel and wheelbarrow.

1. Scraper triangle TAS for the line area during the spring repair of tennis courts, characterized in that the device has a base device B consisting of the two elements M1 and M2 which are connected to each other by the connections V1 and V2.
The triangular device A1 ( Fig. 3) is attached to the base device by means of screws S1, S2, S3, and S4. This device is characterized by a gap S into which the tennis line fits. A brush b ( Fig. 3) is installed in this gap, which keeps the line clean. 2. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to claim 1, characterized in that the device is pulled in the working area by the pulling bracket G1, which is attached to the connections V3 and V4. 3. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connections V3 and V4 have several fastening points. 4. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the device has a lifting bracket G2 which is used for carrying the device from one line to the other. 5. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the triangle device A1 can be replaced with the triangle device A2 and thus the device can also be used outside the line area. 6. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the device has three devices for receiving weights: X1, X2, and X3. 7. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elements M1 and M2 have a contact angle between 50-70°. 8. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that saw blades are attached to the elements M1 and M2 and to the triangle devices A1 and A2. 9. Combination scraper triangle T.A.S. according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the elements M1 and M2 and the triangular devices A1 and A2 are coated on their lower side with a plastic coating.
