a water retaining structure comprising a plurality of water retaining plates, a plurality of first sealing strips, a pressure screw, two second sealing strips and a fastening screw, the plurality of water retaining plates and the plurality of first sealing strips being alternately provided between the two mounting bases in a spaced manner, edges on both sides of the water retaining plate being inserted into the insertion groove, the second sealing strip being arranged in the insertion groove and abutting against the groove side wall of the insertion groove and the water retaining plate, the pressure screw and the fastening screw being arranged to penetrate the pressure screw hole and the fastening screw hole, respectively, and being in contact with the upper part and the side part of the water retaining plate, respectively.

A waterproof device, characterized in that the waterproof device comprises: two mounting bases provided at a distance from each other on opposite two sides of a mounting position, each mounting base being provided with an insertion groove, a pressure screw hole and a fastening screw hole communicating with the insertion groove; and a water retaining structure comprising a plurality of water retaining plates, a plurality of first sealing strips, a pressure screw, two second sealing strips and a fastening screw, the plurality of water retaining plates and the plurality of first sealing strips being alternately provided at a distance between the two mounting bases, edges on both sides of the water retaining plate being inserted into the insertion groove, the second sealing strip being arranged in the insertion groove and abutting against the groove side wall of the insertion groove and the water retaining plate, the pressure screw and the fastening screw being arranged to penetrate the pressure screw hole and the fastening screw hole respectively and being in contact with the upper part and the side part of the water retaining plate respectively. Waterproof device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the water retaining structure also comprises a pressure cover which closes covering an upper end of the water retaining plate, the pressure cover abutting on the pressure screw. Waterproof device according to claim 1 , characterized in that a sealing projection and a sealing groove are provided on opposite sides of the water retaining plate, wherein the first sealing strip rests against the sealing projection and the sealing projection is embedded in the sealing groove.
