Die hier beschriebene Maschine dient der vereinfachten und halbautomatischen Herstellung von Brühgetränken.The machine described here is used for the simplified and semi-automatic production of brewed beverages.
Für die Zubereitung von Brühgetränken, speziell Tee ist es entscheidend, dass sowohl die Brühdauer als auch die Brühtemperatur genau eingehalten werden, um sowohl den Geschmack als auch die gewünschte Menge an Wirkstoffen zu erhalten. Um den zeitaufwendigen Prozess des Teemachens zu vereinfachen, gibt es im aktuellen Stand der Technik zwei grundsätzliche Ansätze. Der erste sind einfache Maschinen, bei denen das heiße Wasser von einem anderen Gerät, in der Regel einem Wasserkocher, bereitgestellt wird. Diese Art von Maschinen nutzt man mit separaten Getränkebehältern wie Tassen und Teekannen und sie erlauben das Einstellen der Brühdauer, so dass das Sieb oder der Teebeutel nach Ablauf der Zeit automatisch aus dem heißen Wasser entfernt wird (
Den zweiten bisher genutzten Lösungsansatz stellen größere Vollautomaten dar, die einen eigenen Heizmechanismus für das Wasser besitzen und damit sowohl die Brühtemperatur als auch die Brühdauer steuern können (
Der hier vorgestellte Teeautomat löst das Problem indem er die Vorteile der beiden oben beschriebenen Lösungsansätze kombiniert. Der Teeautomat ist klein und wird einfach auf das für die Herstellung des Brühgetränks bevorzugte Behältnis, egal ob Tasse oder Teekanne, aufgesetzt. Die Ziehzeit und die Brühtemperatur werden vom Nutzer eingestellt und der Nutzer füllt das Behältnis einfach mit kochendem Wasser direkt aus dem Wasserkocher. Der Infrarot-Temperatursensor des Teeautomaten misst permanent die Temperatur des Wassers im Zubereitungsbehältnis. Sobald die Temperatur des Wassers der eingestellten, optimalen Brühtemperatur entspricht, fährt der Automat das Sieb in das Wasser im Zubereitungsbehältnis. Das Sieb bleibt für die eingestellte Brühdauer im Wasser und wird dabei noch durch leichte Bewegungen der Welle geschwenkt um die Infusion des Wassers mit dem Brühstoff zu optimieren. Nach Ablauf der Brühdauer fährt der Automat das Sieb aus dem Wasser heraus. Durch die magnetische Verbindung zwischen Sieb und Teeautomat lässt sich das Teesieb außerdem mit einem Handgriff in den Automaten einsetzen und wieder herausnehmen.The tea machine presented here solves the problem by combining the advantages of the two approaches described above.
