Die Erfindung betrifft einen sogenannten Minischirm, bestehend aus einem mehrteiligen Schirmstock,, dessen Teile teleskopartig ineinander schiebbar und in ausgeschobener Stellung miteinander verrastbar sind, wobei am dünnsten oberen Teil ein federbelasteter Riegel angeordnet und dieser in Spannstellung des Schirmes mit dessen Läufer auslösbar verriegelbar ist und wobei ferner am Läufer und einer am Ende des oberen Teiles angeordneten Krone gleichmäßig auf dem Umfang verteilte, in sich zusammenfaltbare Spannmechaniken mit einem oberen, zur Krone führenden Lenker und einem unteren, mit dem oberen Lenker gelenkig verbundenen Lenker in Schlitzen angelenkt sind.The invention relates to a so-called mini umbrella, consisting of a multi-part umbrella pole, the parts of which can be telescoped into one another and locked together in the extended position, with a spring-loaded latch arranged on the thinnest upper part and this being releasably lockable with the runner in the tensioned position of the umbrella, and with folding tensioning mechanisms evenly distributed around the circumference with an upper handlebar leading to the crown and a lower handlebar articulated to the upper handlebar being articulated in slots on the runner and a crown arranged at the end of the upper part.

Die Länge solcher Minischirme im zusammengeschobenen bzw. zusammengefalteten Zustand ist von der Länge der den Schirmstock bildenden teleskopartig zusammenschiebbaren Stockteilen abhängig. Ausgehend von der bei solchen Minischirmen üblichen Schirmstocklängen in der Größenordnung von 40 bis 60 cm, ist es, soweit bekannt, bislang nur gelungen, und zwar wiederum abhängig davon, aus wieviel Teile der Schirmstock gebildet wird, Längen von zusammengefalteten Minischirmen zu erreichen, die in der Größenordnung von ca. 17 bis 20 cm liegen. Grund darin, daß man den Schirmstock nicht in beliebig viele und entsprechend kurze Teilstücke aufteilen kann, d.h., soweit bekannt, können solche Schirmstöcke bislang aus nur drei oder maximal vier Teilstücken gebildet werden, was wiederum seinen Grund darin hat, daß der Innendurchmesser des sogenannten Läufers einerseits auf das unterste, durchmessergrößte Stockteil abgestellt werden muß, wobei der Läufer andererseits mit dem im obersten Stockteil befindlichen Riegel verriegelbar bleiben muß. Der Riegel selbst ist dabei bzgl. seines aus dem obersten Stockteil herausragendes Teiles an dessen verfügbaren Querschnitt gebunden.
