Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Prüfung der Scheuer- und Verschleißfestigkeit der Oberfläche eines folien- oder plattenförmigen Prüfkörpers, enthaltend
– einen Boden für den Prüfkörper,
– Spannelemente (16) zur Lagefixierung des Prüfkörpers,
– eine vertikal ausgerichtete Tragstange (11),
– einen am unteren Ende der Tragstange (11) befestigten, mit unterschiedlichen Gewichtsbelastungen nach unten drückbaren Stempel (14), an dem ein gegen die Oberfläche des Prüfkörpers anliegendes Prüfmedium anbringbar ist, und
– ein Antriebselement (20) zum hin- und hergehenden Antrieb der Tragstange (11) in horizontaler Richtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine unten offene, im wesentlichen kastenförmige Halterung (8) für den das Prüfmedium tragenden Stempel (14) aufweist, dass auf der Halterung (8) ein Deckel (9) befestigbar ist, dem ein Führungsblock (10) zur Lagerung der durch den Deckel (9) hindurchgeführten Tragstange (11) zugeordnet ist, an der auswechselbar unterschiedliche Auflagegewichte anbringbar sind, und dass das Antriebselement (20) an der Halterung (8) angreift.Device for testing the abrasion and wear resistance of the surface of a film-shaped or plate-shaped test specimen containing
