Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Unterlagsplatte zur Auflage von Erzeugnissen während deren Herstellung sowie zur Lagerung derselben in einem Regal o. dgl.The invention relates to a base plate for supporting products during their production and for storing the same in a rack o.
Derartige Unterlagsplatten werden z. B. bei der Herstellung von Betonerzeugnissen wie beispielsweise Pflastersteine, Bordsteine, Ziegelsteine usw. benötigt. Dabei werden i. d. R. Platten unterschiedlicher Größen (ca. 700 × 700 mm bis 1500 × 1500 mm) eingesetzt. Die Platten werden mittels eines Transportbandes einer Formanlage zugeführt. Anschließend werden die den Betonerzeugnissen entsprechenden Formen auf die Platten aufgesetzt und diese mit dem Material (Beton) befüllt. Danach und auch während der Befüllung wird das ganze zu verdichtende Material gerüttelt und dabei mit hohen Frequenzen (bis zu 50 Hz) beaufschlagt. Dabei wirken auf das gesamte System hohe Beschleunigungen, wobei zusätzlich durch die Formanpressung eine statische Last wirkt.Such underlay plates are z. Der Einsatz von unterschiedlichen Materialien bestimmt auch die Einsatzdauer der Platten.
