Alle handelsüblichen Schraubprofile passen auf das Basisprofil, das heißt vorhandene Restmengen (auch Teppichprofile etc.) von Mitbewerbern können verarbeitet werden, bzw. bei Anpassungen an andere vorhandenen Systeme am Bau können die benötigten Mitbewerberprodukte auf der gleichen Basisschiene verarbeitet werden.
• 3. Basisprofil aus Aluminium mit seitlicher trapezförmiger oder Zylindrischer Fuge, in welcher ein separates Befestigungsprofil aus Kunststoff oder Aluminium, mit einer trapezförmigen oder Zylindrischen Feder/Steg von der Seite eingeschoben wird (Schwalbenschwanzsystem/Scharniersystem). Die Höhendifferenzen zu verschiedenen Fußbodenbelägen werden durch verschiedene Schraubenlängen ausgeglichen. Dadurch können im Holzfußbodenbereich auch Teppichprofile verarbeitet werden, oder Unterschiede in der Estrichhöhe ausgeglichen werden (ohne, dass das Deckprofil getauscht oder geknickt werden muss). Die Fixierung des Deckprofils wird dadurch erreicht, dass sich während des Eintreibens der Schrauben das Kunststoff oder Aluminiumprofil gegen die linke und rechte Seite der Trapezfuge oder des Profilgelenkes presst.
• 4. Das Basisprofil kann mit dem Estrich verklebt, verdübelt oder verschraubt werden.
• 5. Das Befestigungsprofil wird separat von der Seite eingeschoben und verkeilt oder verklemmt sich durch das Eintreiben der Befestigungsschrauben des Deckprofils.
• 6. Deckprofile versenkt gelocht; wird durch einfaches Anlegen (Führungssteg) an das Befestigungsprofil justiert, so dass ein einfaches Eintreiben der Schrauben in das Befestigungsprofil erfolgen kann.
