Abstract

The table top which can be rolled up comprises strips of cover material (D) which are glued to a cloth layer (G). Support slats (E) of the same width as the strips with a trapezium-shaped cross-section are glued to the underside of this with their shorter sides pointing away from it.

Description

Um eine aufrollbare Tischfläche zu konstruieren, muß man das Prinzip des Rollos anwenden. Gemeinsam ist bei fast allen Rollos die fast ausschließliche vertikale Verwendung. Dabei gibt es im Grunde zwei Konstruktionstypen:

1. Rollos, die aus gezogenen, gepressten oder gespritzten Profilen bestehen, wobei jedes einzelne Profil auf einer Seite ein innen liegendes, radiales Profil und auf der anderen Seite ein außen umfassendes radiales Profil hat. Bei der Zusammenstellung des Rollos wird das umfassende Profil eines Elementes über das innenliegende Profil eines zweiten Elementes geschoben u.s.w.. Diese Stellen bilden die beweglichen Teile des Rollos. Diese Rollos müssen gegen seitliches Oderrutschen der einzelnen Elemente gesichert werden und laufen in der Regel in Führungsschienen. An den beweglich verbundenen Stellen sind diese Rollos bei horizontaler Verwendung nicht flüssigkeitsdicht und würden beim Eindringen und abtrocknen von klebenden Flüssigkeiten oder festen Partikeln ihre Beweglichkeit verlieren.
2. Rollos, die aus zwei verschiedenen Materialen und einem Kleber bestehen. Die Oberfläche und den tragenden Teil bilden rechtwinklige, parallele Elemente die auf eine verformbares Material (Gewebe) geklebt werden. Da das tragende Material eine entsprechende Stärke haben muß und es , bei horizontaler Benutzung oberhalb des Gewebes liegt, können auch bei diesem Rollo eindringende klebrige Flüssigkeiten das eng parallel nebeneinander liegenden tragende Material miteinander verbinden und unbeweglich machen. Andererseits können beim Aufrollvorgang eindringende Partikel verhindern, das sich die parallel nebeneinander liegenden Elemente plan legen können.

1. die nötige Steifigkeit hat, eine tragende Tischfläche zu bilden
2. einen kleinst möglichen Aufrollradius aufweist
3. eine Oberfläche aufweist, die so dünn und fest ist, daß eindringende Flüssigkeiten rückstandslos entfernt werden können und das Eindringen von Partikeln unmöglich macht
4. eine Oberfläche aufweist, die aus handelsüblichen Halbfertig -oder Fertigprodukten unterschiedlich gestaltet werden kann.

Im Unterschied zu den herkömmlichen verklebten Rollos, bei denen der tragende Anteil außen liegt, sind bei dem Rollo, für das Schutz beantragt wird, die tragenden Elemente innen oder unterhalb des Gewebes ( gesehen vom Mittelpunkt des Aufrolldurchmessers M ). Im Unterschied zu den herkömmlichen Rollos sind die tragenden Elemente ( E ) nicht rechtwinklig, sondern trapezförmig, die kurze Seite des Trapezes ist innen ( unten ) die lange Seite ist außen ( oben), unterhalb des Gewebes. Auf ebener Fläche sauber aneinander gelegt - kurze Seite nach unten, lange Seite nach obenbildet sich oben eine geschlossene Fläche. Diese Fläche wird mit einem Gewebe (G) oder Ähnlichem ganzflächig verklebt. Auf diese Fläche wird exakt in der gleichen Breite wie die unter dem Gewebe liegende lange Seite des Trapezes das Deckmaterial ( D ) geklebt. Da die nötige Steifheit schon durch die unten liegenden Elemente gegeben ist, kann man diese Deckschicht sehr dünn wählen und auf viele handelsübliche Halbfertig - oder Fertigprodukte zurückgreifen, wie diverse Schichtstoffe, HPL Platten, Furniere, Mettale usw. Nur weil ich das Deckmaterial (D) so dünn wählen kann ist auch die Höhe der aneinander gelegten Streifen so wenig hoch, daß man Flüssigkeiten restlos entfernen und sich auch beim Aufrollvorgang keine Partikel dazwischen legen können.
