Mit dem Elektromotor 11 wird der Riemen 13 angetrieben, wobei der Riemen 13 um eine Nabe auf einer Seite des Hinterrades 15 läuft. Die oben genannte Übertragungsvorrichtung weist einen konventionellen Auzbau auf, wobei die vorliegende Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß:
