Die Erfindung betrifft ein Streugerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches.The invention relates to a spreader according to the preamble of the claim.
Aus der AT 403 559 A ist ein Streugerät bekannt, bei welchem die Dosierung des Sandes getrennt von der Förderung mit Hilfe eines axial verschiebbaren Kolbens erfolgt. Nach der Dosierung wird das Streugut in eine als Injektor ausgeführte druckluftbetätigte Förder- bzw. Austragseinrichtung zum Austragen des Streugutes eingebracht. Dies bringt den Vorteil mit sich, dass gegenüber Streugeräten, bei denen Dosierung des Streugutes nicht getrennt von dessen Förderung stattfindet, eine wesentlich geringere Menge an Streugut verbraucht wird. Hiebei besteht jedoch die Gefahr, dass eine Rückströmung von Luft in den Kompressor erfolgen kann.AT 403 559 A discloses a spreading device in which the sand is dosed separately from the conveying process using an axially movable piston. Durch den Abstract JP 4038204 A ist ein Streugerät der eingangs erwähnten Art bekannt geworden, bei welchem zwischen einem Gebläse zum Austragen des Streugutes und einen Druckluftbehälter elektromagnetisch gesteuerter Ventile und dem Druckluftbehälter und den Kompressoren Rückschlagventile vorgesehen sind. Der Nachteil dieser Anlage besteht darin, dass bei Verstopfung der sandfördernden Leitung die Druckluft nicht oder nicht ausreichend über diese Leitung expandieren kann. Auch der durch Fahrgeschwindigkeit entstehende Staudruck wirkt auf die Sandaus tragsöffnung und hat zur Folge, dass Feuchtigkeit in den Sandvorratsbehälter bzw. in den Kompressor gelangt, wodurch der Sand im Vorratsbehälter verklumpt und/oder die Feuchtigkeit im Kompressor Schäden verursacht.The abstract JP 4038204 A discloses a spreading device of the type mentioned above, in which check valves are provided between a blower for discharging the spreading material and a compressed air tank with electromagnetically controlled valves and the compressed air tank and the compressors. Im Blockschaltbild des Streugerätes 1 ist mit 2 ein Vorratsbehälter bezeichnet, der mit einer Dosiervorrichtung 3 verbunden ist. Die Dosiervorrichtung kann beliebig ausgeführt sein. Sie kann beispielsweise als verschiebbarer Kolben, z.B. nach der AT 403 559 A oder eine um eine Drehachse rotierbare Förder- bzw. Verschlussfläche, z.B. Zellenradschleuse, ausgeführt sein. Der Dosiervorrichtung 3 folgt in Strömungsrichtung des Streugutes, im vorliegenden Falle ein Injektor 5, aus welchem das Streugut, beispielsweise ein Sandgut, über eine Sandschlauchleitung 11 zum Streurohr 12 gefördert wird, aus welchem es als Antirutschmaterial für ein Rad 13 austritt.
