The invention relates to a folding table for holding a universal cutting device for drywall construction.

The applicant is not aware that a special folding table is used for this application.

If the universal cutting device is used alone, there is a risk that the materials to be scratched or cut (without support) will tip over, resulting in an unusable scratch or cut.

Large-surface materials must therefore be supported in order to be flush with the cutting device support.

The folding table holds the materials securely and ensures that they are fed flush to the cutting device support.

The folding table shown in the drawing consists of the following parts: (Unless expressly stated otherwise, the parts are made of light metal.)

Part 1 is a table segment for material feeding.

Part 2 refers to a table segment to prevent cut materials from tipping over.

Part 3 are plug-in feet in tubular design.

Part 4 refers to extendable brackets for enlarging the support surfaces of the table segments.

Part 5 is a fold-away stop for guiding the materials to be scored or cut.

Part 6 is a tray for holding a universal drywall cutting device. Part 7 is plastic rollers that make it easier to feed the materials.

Part 8 refers to locking mechanisms to separate the two table segments (part 1 and 2) for transport.

After removing the feet (part 3) in the folded position, the table segments can be separated after loosening the locking mechanisms (part 8). The folded table segments can then be easily transported.

With the help of the folding table, the universal cutting device for drywall construction can be used more efficiently.

Claims (12)

1. Folding table for holding a universal drywall cutting device, characterized in that the table segments part 1 and part 2 are interrupted. 2. Folding table according to claim 1, characterized in that the table segments part 1 and part 2 are made of U-profiles or round, rectangular or square tubes. 3. Folding table according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the feet (part 3 ) are foldable. 4. Folding table according to claims 1, 2 and 3, characterized in that the feet (part 3 ) are designed as a welded, screwed or riveted construction. 5. Folding table according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the holders (part 4 ) are designed to be foldable upwards or pivotable to the side. 6. Folding table according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stop (part 5 ) is designed to be retractable. 7. Folding table according to claim 1 to 6, characterized in that the tray (part 6 ) is not designed over the entire length, but is replaced by several short receptacles. 8. Folding table according to protection claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the tub (part 6 ) is not present because the universal drywall cutting device has the connection to the folding table. 9. Folding table according to protection claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the plastic rollers (part 7 ) are replaced by rollers made of steel or by rolling or sliding bearings which fulfil a roller function. 10. Folding table according to claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the locking mechanisms are designed as bayonet locks, latches, friction locks, lockable hinges or lockable joints. 11. Folding table according to claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the table segments (part 1 and part 2 ) are designed with additional joints or hinges which facilitate folding. 12. Folding table according to claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the parts made of light metal are made of wood, plastic or steel.
