The invention relates to a gymnastics and/or sports device for training and/or building up human muscles, wherein at least one support surface is provided for supporting at least one human body part, in particular a human foot, a human hand, a human knee or a human elbow, and - when the device is used accordingly - the user can apply a corresponding force to the device with the help of the body part in contact with the support surface. The invention also relates to a gymnastics and/or sports system.

The state of the art includes a wide variety of gymnastics and/or sports equipment for training or building up human muscles. In particular, in sports studios, gymnastics studios and fitness studios, very elaborately constructed equipment is known that primarily enables strength training for the users, whereby the users usually have to lift, move or move weights using appropriate wires. Such equipment often has seats or seating areas or even lying areas and is so elaborately constructed that such equipment takes up an enormous amount of space. This is one of the reasons why such equipment is usually located in relatively large fitness studios and can only be stored or set up here.

The user is therefore forced to visit such a fitness studio, pay an entrance fee or participation fee, which can become very costly for the user if he or she trains several times and more often, and is also limited to the opening hours of the respective studio.

As a result, the human muscles can be trained and/or built up using the gymnastics and/or sports equipment known to date, but such equipment is very complex and expensive to purchase and takes up a lot of space. Finally, the user is also forced to visit a corresponding studio. As a result, according to today's perspective, this is

The invention is therefore based on the object of designing and developing the gymnastics and/or sports equipment mentioned at the outset in such a way or of specifying a gymnastics and/or sports equipment or of creating a gymnastics and/or sports system that is easy for the user to handle, that can be produced at low cost and that can be used by a user as independently of time and place as possible, and is therefore particularly designed to be very space-saving and preferably easy to transport.

The previously described task is now solved by the fact that the device has a bottom and that the bottom has at least partially a sliding layer and the sliding layer is designed and/or constructed in such a way that the device resting on a surface can be slid over the surface by the corresponding force acting on the device. Due to the combination of these features, a device has now been created that avoids the disadvantages mentioned at the beginning and achieves a number of advantages. In detail: The device can be manufactured very inexpensively and can be dimensioned in such a way that it can be made very small, i.e. in particular it is easy to transport and does not require a lot of space for storage. As a result, the user is no longer tied to the opening times of a fitness studio and does not have to pay expensive participation or usage fees for months or years, because he is given a device that he can use at any time for his own needs, which will be explained below, in order to train or build up his own muscles in an individual way. This is done by placing his foot or hand on the surface of the device and then sliding the device over the surface in a certain direction and then moving it back again by applying force, whereby the corresponding arm or leg performs a corresponding movement including the associated effort or tension for the muscles, so that these are trained and strengthened accordingly. The design of the gymnastics and/or sports equipment according to the invention avoids the disadvantages described above and achieves decisive advantages.

There are now a number of possibilities for designing and developing the gymnastics and/or sports equipment according to the invention. For this purpose, reference may first be made to the claims subordinate to claim 1. A preferred embodiment of the invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the following drawing and the associated description. The drawing shows:

Fig. 1 to 11 show at least in part a gymnastics and/or sports device 1 for training and/or building up human muscles. The gymnastics and/or sports device 1 - hereinafter mostly referred to as device 1 - has at least one support surface 2 for supporting at least one human body part (not shown here). This can be in particular a human foot, a human hand, a human knee or even a human elbow.

What is crucial is that when the device 1 is used accordingly by the user, a corresponding force can be applied to the device 1 using the body part in contact with the support surface 2. In other words, what is crucial is that the user applies a corresponding force to the device 1, whereby the force is not essentially only directed vertically downwards or upwards, but has at least a horizontal force component, which will become clear below.

The support surface 2 can be clearly seen in Fig. 2, as well as in Figs. 3, 4 and 9. The device 1 can also be clearly seen in the representation of the figures selected here. The mentioned gymnastics and/or sports system (or sports equipment system) essentially consists of at least two gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1, i.e. two devices 1, which are then correspondingly advantageous

can be used to train a user's muscles, which will be explained below.

The disadvantages described at the beginning are now avoided in that the device 1 has a bottom 3 and that the bottom 3 at least partially has a sliding layer 4 and the sliding layer 4 is designed and/or constructed in such a way that the device 1 resting on a surface can be slid over the surface by the force acting on the device 1. A user can therefore train his muscles very inexpensively and easily, in particular with two pieces of gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1. To do this, he places his two feet on the support surfaces 2 of two pieces of gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1, for example, while the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 rest on a surface and the sliding layer 4 is now constructed in such a way that the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 can be slid over the surface by the force exerted by the user, namely by stretching his legs apart, for example. In other words, the user can use the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 to carry out certain exercises in a particularly simple way and thereby strengthen or build up his muscles. The user can move with one foot on the corresponding support surface 2 in such a way that he stretches and contracts his legs, stretches and contracts them again, etc. This strengthens the leg muscles accordingly, since the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 glides over the corresponding surface as the user moves, but the user has to apply the necessary force to the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 via his legs so that it can be moved over the surface accordingly. This work, which is associated with energy work for the user, is sport and training for him and strengthens and trains his muscles.

It is also conceivable that the user kneels on the floor and operates a gym and/or sports equipment 1 with one hand at a time by placing one hand on a support surface 2. The user then stretches his upper body forwards while simultaneously holding the gym

gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 is moved forwards over the ground, in order to then stand up again by moving backwards, but still kneeling. Here too, the user performs corresponding energy work by moving the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1, which has a particular effect on the muscles of the upper arms, whereby these muscles are trained or strengthened accordingly.

Basically, a very simple, inexpensive and handy gymnastics and/or sports device 1 has been created, with the help of which the human muscles can be well trained and which is also easy to transport and gives the user the corresponding freedom, thus avoiding the disadvantages described at the beginning and achieving the corresponding advantages. In the following, the basic structure of the gymnastics and/or sports device 1 will now be described in more detail:

The gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 has a support part 5. The support part 5 is preferably essentially circular. The essentially circular support part 5 can be clearly seen in Figs. 1 to 4 and in Fig. 9. It can be seen that the support part 5 has walls 6 that project upwards - at least partially - along its circumference. These upwardly projecting walls 6 can be clearly seen in Fig. 2, whereby it can be clearly seen that these walls 6 are only partially provided along the circumference of the support part 5. The support part 5 can also have a different shape, for example oval, rectangular or square.

The support surface 2, on which the human body part, in particular the foot, hand, knee or elbow, can be placed, can now be formed by the corresponding surface of the support part 5, which is essentially formed between the walls 6. The user can therefore very easily place his hand or foot in this area. The underside 3 of the support part 5 now has - as already mentioned at the beginning - a sliding layer 4. This sliding layer 4 can be integrated into the support part 5. In other words, the underside 3 of the support part 5 can have been processed in such a way that a corresponding sliding layer 4 has been or is being created here, in particular when corresponding dimensions

Materials can be used for the carrier part 5 which have good sliding properties for certain types of substrate, which will become clearer below.

In the device 1 shown here in Fig. 3 and 4, however, a separate sliding layer 4 is provided or formed on the underside 3. This can be produced in a variety of ways. On the one hand, a material can be glued to the underside 3 of the carrier part 5, on the other hand, it can be sprayed on or attached in another way. This depends on the material used for the sliding layer 4, which will be discussed in more detail below.

As can be seen from Fig. 3 and 4 and also Fig. 9 and 1 and 2, the carrier part 5 has a central through-opening 7. This central through-opening 7 is provided for fastening a disk-shaped insert 8, which is shown alone in a schematic representation in Fig. 7. The disk-shaped insert 8 has a bearing pin 9 which can be brought into engagement with the central through-opening 7. In the "normal state", i.e. in the normally stored state, the insert 8 is stored on the top of the device 1, namely it is placed between the walls 6 on the top of the device 1 so that the bearing pin 9 engages with the through-opening 7. This is clearly visible in Fig. 10. The support surface 2 is now formed by the upwardly directed side of the insert 8 if the device 1 has a corresponding insert 8 which is stored on the top of the device 1. It is also conceivable that several through-openings 7 are provided and the insert 8 has several bearing pins 9.

The insert 8 now makes it possible to create an additional, separate sliding layer alternative on the underside 3 of the carrier part 5, namely by additionally arranging the insert 8 on the underside 3 of the carrier part 5. For this purpose, the insert 8, as it is mounted in Fig. 10 between the walls 6 on the top of the carrier part 5, is removed from this position and brought into the position shown in Fig. 9, i.e. fastened in such a way that it now engages with its bearing pin 9 from below into the through-opening 7.

In the following, some of the possible materials for the carrier part 5 or the possibilities of the sliding layers 4 and the materials intended for this as well as some of the possible materials for the insert 8 will be explained in more detail:

Of course, it always depends on the particular surface material on which the device 1 is to be moved which material is optimal or suitable for a sliding layer 4. Preferably, the carrier part 5 itself is initially made of Sterodur or, for example, it is made of cardboard or paperboard along its outer shell and also has an appropriate plastic filling. Essentially, it is important that the shape is manufactured as a solid component, as can be seen from the drawing, since the carrier part 5 basically has to take the weight of the user accordingly when he places the body part on the support surface 2. For example, the entire support part 5 can also be made of aluminum.

The sliding layer 4 can now be made from different materials. The sliding layer is preferably made from plastic, wood or even cardboard or paperboard. If, for example, tiles or a stone floor are used as the base, both corresponding plastics and also wood material or simple materials, e.g. velour fabrics or the like, are suitable for a sliding layer. The preferred embodiment of the device 1 is preferably manufactured in such a way that the sliding layer 4 provided on the underside 3 of the carrier part 5 is made from a plastic so that, in conjunction with a carpeted floor in an apartment or the like, the device 1 can also be easily moved over the carpet using the plastic surface as a sliding layer 4. In the case of a stone floor or tiled floor as the base, the sliding layer 4 could, for example, be made from cardboard, paperboard, a fabric (textile material) or wood.

Preferably, in the preferred embodiment, where the sliding layer 4 is made of a plastic, the separate insert 8 is then made as a corresponding sliding layer alternative - from wood, cardboard, a cardboard box or a textile material, so that with the help of the insert 8 a different sliding layer 4 can then be realized on the underside 3 of the device 1 if this should become necessary depending on the respective application or the specific surface, by - as already explained above - simply attaching the insert 8 to the underside of the device 1.

Depending on the area of application or field of use, appropriate materials can be used for the sliding layer 4 or for the insert 8 of the device 1. This can vary greatly depending on the application, although several possibilities have only been listed above.

Preferably, the corresponding gymnastics and/or sports system always has two gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1. Due to the shape of the equipment 1 with the walls 6 that only partially protrude around the circumference, the equipment 1 can also be optimally "stacked into one another", as can be clearly seen from Fig. 10 and 6, for example. Fig. 11 shows a packaging unit 10 for a corresponding gymnastics and/or sports system with two equipment 1, i.e. basically a packaging in which two equipment 1 are optimally stored, which are stacked into one another using the smallest possible space requirement, and where the walls 6 interlock in the stacked state.

The preferred dimensions for devices 1 are explained in more detail below. In detail:

The bottom 3 of the device 1 shown in Fig. 1 preferably has a diameter of 200 mm. The central through-opening 7 preferably has a diameter of 8 mm. The thickness of the carrier part 5 in its middle area, i.e. from the support surface 2 to the bottom 3, is preferably essentially 20 mm. The upwardly extending walls 6 also preferably have a length of 20 mm and a corresponding width of 20 mm. Preferably, the

The sliding layer 4 shown in Fig. 7 has a thickness of approximately 2 mm and is designed as a plastic layer. The insert 8 shown in Fig. 7 preferably has a diameter of 160 mm.

With the gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1 shown here, in particular with two gymnastics and/or sports equipment 1, a user can optimally train his muscles successfully, cost-effectively and independent of time and place, without the equipment 1 requiring any special space, whereby the user can carry out his own individual exercises accordingly.

Claims (16)

1. Gymnastics and/or sports equipment ( 1 ) for training and/or building up human muscles, wherein at least one support surface ( 2 ) is provided for supporting at least one human body part, in particular a human foot, a human hand, a human knee or a human elbow, and - when the equipment ( 1 ) is used accordingly - the user can apply a corresponding force to the equipment ( 1 ) with the aid of the body part in contact with the support surface ( 2 ), characterized in that the equipment ( 1 ) has an underside ( 3 ) and that the underside ( 3 ) at least partially has a sliding layer ( 4 ) and the sliding layer ( 4 ) is designed and/or constructed in such a way that the equipment ( 1 ) resting on a surface can be slidably displaced over the surface by the force acting on the equipment ( 1 ). 2. Device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the device ( 1 ) has a carrier part ( 5 ). 3. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier part ( 5 ) is substantially circular. 4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier part ( 5 ) has - at least partially - upwardly projecting walls ( 6 ) along its circumference. 5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support surface ( 2 ) in the upper region of the support part ( 5 ) is formed substantially between the walls ( 6 ). 6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the underside ( 3 ) of the carrier part has an integrated sliding layer ( 4 ) designed as a sliding surface. 7. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sliding layer ( 4 ) is made of plastic, wood, cardboard, a textile material or cardboard. 14. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that for a stone-like substrate the sliding layer ( 4 ) is formed from a textile material, a cardboard or a carton. 15. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that for a carpet-like substrate the sliding layer ( 4 ) is made of a plastic or a metal. 16.
