Rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 2, wherein two slideways ( 16 ) are formed on a bottom side of the housing ( 10 ) in order to movably hold the fastening devices within the slideways ( 16 ). 5. Rückspiegel mit Monitor, nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Feder (164) mit einem ersten Ende an dem Gehäuse (10) befestigt und mit einem zweiten Ende an der Befestigungsvorrichtung eingehakt ist, so dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung durch die Feder (164) aufgefedert wird. 5. Rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 1, wherein a spring ( 164 ) is attached to the housing ( 10 ) with a first end and hooked to the fastening device with a second end, so that the fastening device is spring-loaded by the spring ( 164 ). 6. Rückspiegel mit Monitor, nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine Feder (164) mit einem ersten Ende an dem Gehäuse (10) befestigt und mit einem zweiten Ende an der Befestigungsvorrichtung eingehakt ist, so dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung durch die Feder (164) aufgefedert wird. 6. A rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of ventilation holes ( 17 ) are provided in the housing ( 10 ) to dissipate heat generated by the LCD ( 30 ). 9. Rückspiegel mit Monitor, nach Anspruch 2, wobei in dem Gehäuse (10) mehrere Belüftungslöcher (17) ausgebildet sind, um von der LCD (30) erzeugte Wärme abzuleiten. 9. A rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of ventilation holes ( 17 ) are formed in the housing ( 10 ) to dissipate heat generated by the LCD ( 30 ). 10. Rückspiegel mit Monitor, nach Anspruch 4, wobei bodenseitig des Gehäuses (10) mehrere Belüftungslöcher (17) ausgebildet sind, um von der LCD (30) erzeugte Wärme abzuleiten. 10. Rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of ventilation holes ( 17 ) are formed on the bottom side of the housing ( 10 ) in order to dissipate heat generated by the LCD ( 30 ). 11. Rückspiegel mit Monitor, nach Anspruch 10, wobei an einer Seitenfläche des Gehäuses (10) mehrere Steuervorrichtungen (19) befestigt sind, und wobei die Mehrzahl von Steuervorrichtungen an die LCD (30) angeschlossen sind, um Bildeffekte der LCD (30) zu steuern und zu regulieren. 11. A rearview mirror with monitor according to claim 10, wherein a plurality of control devices ( 19) are attached to a side surface of the housing (10 ) , and wherein the plurality of control devices are connected to the LCD ( 30 ) to control and regulate image effects of the LCD ( 30 ).
