The invention relates to a holder for bottles containing shower gel, hair shampoo or similar fluid contents for personal care. Such holders are used, for example, in shower cubicles in hotel rooms, indoor swimming pools or fitness studios. Known holders are usually attached to a wall and hold a more or less large bottle containing shower gel or hair shampoo in such a way that the bottle's outlet opening points downwards and the contents can be removed in portions by pressing on the bottle.

The disadvantage of the well-known holders for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or similar fluid contents for personal care is that they can only be used for a very specific bottle shape and size. For hotels, indoor swimming pools and fitness studios as well as similar large-scale customers who only provide their guests with one shower gel anyway and receive the appropriate bottles in large numbers, this is not a serious disadvantage. want to be limited to a specific bottle shape and size from a specific supplier. Bottles with shower gel or hair shampoo come in a variety of different shapes and sizes, so the familiar holders are not very suitable for private households.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a holder for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or a similar flowable content for personal care, which is suitable for at least most of the common shower gel and hair shampoo bottles.

This object is achieved by a holder having the features specified in claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.

A holder according to the invention enables bottles of shower gel or hair shampoo of various shapes and sizes to be clamped between its two clamping surfaces. The holder can thus be used advantageously for the vast majority of commercially available bottles of shower gel or hair shampoo. Due to the ability of the rotating piece to rotate relative to the base body to be attached to the wall, bottles can be held not only so that their outlet opening points downwards, as with holders known in the prior art, but also so that the outlet opening points diagonally to the side or even upwards, which reliably prevents unwanted leakage of contents. The various commercially available shower gels, hair shampoos or similar flowable body care products have very different viscosities and therefore very different flow behavior. While, for example, relatively thin shower gel can flow out continuously from a bottle held vertically without exerting any pressure on the bottle, there are viscous hair shampoos which, even from a bottle held vertically, can only be removed by pressing on the bottle. The more viscous the contents of a bottle, the steeper it becomes

expediently held by the holder. Using a holder according to the invention, the angle of inclination of the bottles relative to the vertical can be easily adjusted so that the desired amount of shower gel or shampoo can be removed when required and otherwise unwanted leakage of contents is reliably prevented. In particular, a holder according to the invention also enables practically complete use of the contents of a bottle by holding the bottle at an increasingly steep angle of inclination as the fill level decreases. In this way, it is achieved that any remaining contents of the bottle always collect near the outlet opening and can thus be removed quickly when required. The problem that the viscous contents stick to the inner walls of the bottle and only move very slowly towards the outlet opening, so that such bottles are usually thrown away with considerable residue, is thus solved by a holder according to the invention. A holder according to the invention advantageously enables practically complete removal of the contents of a shower gel or hair shampoo bottle, which is advantageously easy on the wallet and the environment.

Another advantage of a holder according to the invention is that it is easy to use. One hand is enough to take shower gel or hair shampoo out of a bottle. This is not only convenient, but also quick, so that water and the energy needed to heat it can be saved when showering.

An advantageous development of the invention provides that the rotary piece can be reversibly locked in a form-fitting manner with the base body in various rotational angle positions. In principle, the rotary piece can also be fixed in a force-fitting manner, in particular a friction-fitting manner, in various rotational angle positions relative to the body, but a form-fitting arrangement offers the advantage of greater load-bearing capacity, which makes it more difficult for the rotary piece to be undesirably adjusted in a rotational angle position. The form-fitting arrangement between the rotary piece and the base body preferably takes place by a projection engaging in locking points provided for this purpose.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that locking points are provided on a surface of the rotating piece facing the base body, which can be locked with a projection provided on the body. Locking points can be provided on the rotating piece in the form of recesses or depressions with little effort, for example, which helps to manufacture the holder inexpensively. A projection on the body that engages in a locking point to secure the rotating piece can be provided, for example, as an integrally designed knob-like elevation or in the form of a pin mounted in a corresponding recess in the body. Of course, the locking points described above can also be provided on the rotating piece and the associated projection on the base body. The projection is preferably rounded so that the positive connection can be easily released by hand by exerting a torque on the rotating part. It is also particularly preferred to make the locking points rounded, which further improves the handling of a holder according to the invention. It is further preferred to provide a plurality of projections, which has the advantage of improving the holding force of the positive locking and of distributing the wear inevitably caused by friction over a plurality of projections, which increases the service life of the holder.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the rotating piece is connected to the clamping part via at least one guide rod. This measure has the advantage that the distance between the rotating piece and the clamping part can be easily adjusted to bottles of different sizes. Guide rods are preferably provided on opposite sides of the clamping surfaces, which advantageously makes it more difficult for the clamping part to tilt and thus advantageously facilitates handling.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that at least one, preferably all, clamping surfaces are concavely rounded. This measure has the advantage that the usually convex-shaped shower gel or hair shampoo bottles have the best possible contact with the clamping surfaces and thus the holding force is increased.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the jaws are designed to be interlockable. This measure has the advantage that the jaws in their interlocked position can reliably hold even particularly small bottles, for example sample packs of a shower gel, while the jaws in their uninterlocked position can reliably hold even large shower gel or hair shampoo bottles.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the holder is provided with means for squeezing out the contents of a bottle held. In principle, pressure can of course also be exerted by hand on a bottle held in order to remove its contents, but it can happen, particularly with very small bottles, that a bottle is essentially completely covered by the jaws. With such a small bottle, it is then very laborious to exert pressure on the bottle with your bare hand in order to remove the contents. The measure described therefore makes it easier to use a holder according to the invention, particularly for small bottles. The means for squeezing out the contents are preferably designed as a pin which is provided in a recess running in the clamping part. Pressure can advantageously be exerted on a bottle held by pressing on such a pin, so that shower gel or hair shampoo can be removed. This can advantageously be done with one hand, for example by pressing on the pin with the thumb.

and the leaking contents are caught in the palm of the hand. This pen preferably has a widened end which can be pressed onto a bottle held in order to squeeze out the contents. A widened end has the advantage that pressure is exerted on the bottle over as large an area as possible, so that damage to the bottle is prevented.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the rotating piece encloses the base body. This measure has the advantage that it is more difficult for dirt and foreign bodies to penetrate between the rotating piece and the base body. In particular, foreign bodies penetrating between the rotating piece and the base body can make it difficult or impossible for the rotating piece to rotate, so that the service life of the holder is increased by the above-mentioned measure.

A further advantageous development of the invention provides that the rotating piece is connected to the base body via a bolt. This measure has the advantage that the holder according to the invention can be manufactured simply and inexpensively. The bolt is preferably provided with a spring which pulls the rotating piece against the base body. This advantageously improves the ability of the rotating piece to be fixed in different angle positions relative to the base body.

The holder 1 shown in Figure 1 for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or a similar flowable content for personal care has two jaws 4, 5, between whose clamping surfaces 4a, 5a a bottle can be clamped. The two jaws 4, 5 are connected via guide rods 8, which allow the distance between the two jaws 4, 5 to be adapted to the different sizes of common shower gel and hair shampoo bottles.

Figure 2 shows the holder 1 shown in Figure 1 in an exploded view.

The holder 1 has a base body 2 which has openings 12 for nails or screws for fastening to a wall, although the holder 1 can also be fastened to a wall by adhesive, for example. The base body 2 is enclosed by the rotating piece 3 which carries the first jaw 4. The rotating piece 3 can be fixed in different angle of rotation positions relative to the base body 2. The rotating piece 2 is fixed in different angle of rotation positions by locking the pins 7 provided on the base body 2 with recesses 13 shown in Figure 3 on the rotating piece 3. The rotating piece 3 and base body 2 are connected via the bolt 11 which is guided through a central recess in the base body 2 and the rotating piece 3.

In order to be able to exert pressure on a held bottle in order to remove its contents, a pin 9 is provided in a recess in the second jaw 5, which pin 9 exerts pressure on a held bottle with its widened end 9a when pressure is applied to its end 9b, which is mounted in the jaw 5 or protrudes slightly from it.

Figure 3 shows the holder described above with reference to Figures 1 and 2 in cross section. In this figure, one can see the locking points 13 into which the pins 7 fit to fix the rotary piece 3 in a certain rotation angle position.

The guide rods 8, which are designed as integral parts of the clamping part 6, are loaded with springs 14, so that the two jaws 4, 5 are always pulled towards each other by the springs 14 and a bottle held between them is clamped. The bolt 11, which connects the rotating piece 3 and the base body 2, is also provided with a spring 15, which pulls the base body 3 and the rotating piece 2 against each other. One end of the bolt 11 is provided with a retaining disk 16, which has a diameter which is larger than the diameter of the recess running in the base body 2 and the rotating piece 3, so that after fastening the retaining disk 16 to the bolt 11, for example by gluing or locking, the rotating piece 3 and the base body 2 are prevented from coming loose from each other.

Figure 4 shows a further embodiment of a holder for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or a similar flowable content for personal care. The holder T shown in Figure 4 differs from the holder 1 shown in Figure 1 in that the two jaws 4, 5 are designed to be interlockable. For this purpose, the jaw 4 has recesses 4' into which the jaw 5 can be immersed. Smaller bottles, in particular sample packs, can also advantageously be secured by such a holder V with interlockable jaws 4, 5.

Claims (18)

1. Holder for bottles with shower gel, hair shampoo or a similar flowable content for personal care, with a base body ( 2 ) for fastening to a wall, to which a rotating piece ( 3 ) with a first jaw ( 4 ) which has a clamping surface ( 4a ) is rotatably fastened, which cooperates with a clamping surface ( 5a ) of a second jaw ( 5 ) of a clamping part ( 6 ) for holding a bottle, wherein the rotating piece ( 3 ) can be fixed in different rotational angle positions relative to the base body ( 2 ). 2. Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotary piece ( 3 ) can be reversibly locked in a form-fitting manner in different rotational angle positions with the base body ( 2 ). 3. Holder according to claim 2, characterized in that the positive connection between the rotating piece ( 3 ) and the base body ( 2 ) is achieved by engagement of a projection ( 7 ) in locking points provided for this purpose. 4. Holder according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that locking points are provided on a surface of the rotary piece ( 3 ) facing the base body ( 2 ), which locking points can be locked with a projection ( 7 ) provided on the base body ( 2 ). 5. Holder according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the projection ( 7 ) is rounded. 6. Holder according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that several projections ( 7 ) are provided. 7. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotating piece ( 3 ) can be fixed in different rotational angle positions by means of a ratchet. 8. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotating piece ( 3 ) is connected to the clamping part ( 6 ) via at least one guide rod ( 8 ). 9. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that guide rods ( 8 ) are provided on opposite sides of the clamping surfaces ( 4a , 5a ). 10. Holder according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that at least one of the guide rods ( 8 ) is spring-loaded. 11. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one, preferably all, clamping surfaces ( 4a , 5a ) are concavely rounded. 12. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the jaws ( 4 , 5 ) are designed to be interlockable. 13. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holder ( 1 , 1 ') is provided with means for squeezing out the contents of a held bottle. 14. Holder according to claim 13, characterized in that the means for squeezing out contents are designed as a pin ( 9 ) which is provided in a recess ( 10 ) running in the clamping part ( 6 ). 15. Holder according to claim 14, characterized in that the pin ( 10 ) has a widened end ( 9a ) which can be pressed onto a held bottle to squeeze out the contents. 16. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotating piece ( 3 ) encloses the base body ( 2 ). 17. Holder according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotating piece ( 3 ) is connected to the base body ( 2 ) via a bolt ( 11 ). 18. Holder according to claim 17, characterized in that the bolt ( 11 ) is provided with a spring ( 15 ) which pulls the rotary piece ( 3 ) against the base body ( 2 ).
