Die Vorteile der erfindungsgemäß Lösung bestehen im hohen Vorfertigungsgrad an sich handelsüblichen Umfassungszargen, bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von Normtürblättern in nicht normgerechte Wandöffnungen. Es entfallen sämtliche Putz-, Stemm-, Schneid- und Versiegelungsarbeiten.
